Arian Foster Let It Be Known That He Is A Non-Believer

they might be more unbearable honestly. always wasting hours debating how fake god is. like dude, go do something important.
As if watching wrestling and baseball in your drawls is any "more important."

God has all power, but that's not how it works. He doesn't make this happen or that happen, he simply allows the time to take it's course. and what happens, happens. He doesn't operate on the plane of comprehension that we do, so it makes sense of the idea of him and his actions is confusing.

Where's this in the bible? I must of missed the verse where it said sometimes God just doesn't care

This sounds like a "gods fine print" explanation

where do you think you came from? And don't say monkeys, it's already been dis-proven.

which came first, chicken or the egg?

You look and see some of the worst natural disasters happen in countries with a different belief system than christianity. I'm not saying there's direct correlation, I have no idea, but there can be some dots connected.

Freeze, you're a good dude, but this is rubbish. This is some Pat Robertson type stuff. Why would people rather choose to believe in a vengeful god than the scientific explanations of why natural disasters happen? When I hear that type of crap I always want to ask "don't you wish there was a better explanation of why bad stuff happens than god just happened to have his panties* in a bunch that day?"

* for the record, and let my family know this if I were to die today, I have done everything in my power to not use the word "panties" more than the absolute minimum.

Atheists are usually looking for something to reinforce their beliefs/lifestyle. They will look past many positive things to get to the one thing they need.

People who believe in God are always looking for something to reinforce their beliefs/lifestyle. They will look past many positive things to get to the one thing they need.

And then we wonder why we don't understand each other.

Just a big circle of doo-doo and horrible misunderstandings :smh:

This is something that I have noticed as I attempted to return to church earlier this year after 7 years of being away

Read about Job.

First of all he's out of line for even comparing the freaking outcome of football game to world hunger. I understand he's a pro football player and they take football that seriously...

Secondly, the first thing they teach is God is everywhere. Like, bruh don't even grasp the concept of a god.

But God will come down to help a kid pass a test?

Dat double standard

I don't think this is true at all. Atheist don't need reinforcement. You can't prove something doesn't exist, and the disbeliever should never be taxed with that task because it doesn't make sense for them to do so.

Whoa whoa whoa quote my my entire post so skimmers don't get it twisted. You out here on some Fox News cheese

And I disagree, maybe you don't feel that way but that doesn't mean others do. There are many different types of atheists. Same to what I said about 'believers' as well.

The word of God though :pimp:

But what men and agenda have created is usually what we end up talking about :smh:

Da hell.....did I just read God purposely destroys places that favor a different religion other than Christianity??? :x

From my experiences most REAL atheist won't even tell you they're atheist and their cool.

It's the outspoken "I don't believe because I'm smarter than you" spoiled brats that's mad because they was under the impression that God is supposed to make the world all sunshine and happiness and give them whatever they ask for, that get on people's nerves.

blastercombo blastercombo no the kids studies to pass the test. How is that a double standard. You're not the person I was just talking about are you?

Ha. Sorry, dude. I wasn't trying to make it seem like you were only talking about atheists. I just cut the other stuff out because it didn't pertain to what I was adding.

and Atheists really don't try to reinforce their beliefs per se because they don't believe in anything. Like god doesn't exist, that's pretty much where it ends for us. Most atheists I know are in awe of science, but they don't look to science to prove that god doesn't exist. That's just a bi-product of science.

No, the double standard of importance. God blesses people when they pray, they get it, ect... Now for some reason God doesn't care about certain things? Some things just happen? That literally disproves the fundamental make up of God. All powerful right? Controls ALL, which includes everything. God caring about football is a joke but God caring about some kids spelling test for some reason is more feasible

The stuff you're saying doesn't even have biblical backing. God sometimes isn't there or is not a part of all? Back it up with a verse, not just some random words too, make sure it's within proper context

And no, I guess I'm not even an atheist. I don't dismiss the premis of a "God" or the possibility of it existing, I just don't think it's within the same lines as religion teaches. I do think religion is a joke.

I guess most of my experiences have been different.

And I think we kind of reinforce our lifestyles in general. Subconsciously if you will. And I have run into normal things like that when dealing with atheists. I have even done it myself.

It was just really eye-opening for me, growing up religious and then stepping away from it for 7 years,...then going back. It was nice, but it was the weirdest most confusing perspective ever.

Going against your childhood and entertaining the idea that what you did as a child might not have been the "greatest" thing for you.

Hell look at the, "Kids today will never experience.........." thread and the hyping of stupid things people believe were the greatest because it happened when they were impressionable kids
