72-10 Air Jordan 11

Timmy always gives good answers. Joe is pretty good too. Most of y'all helped out so I will rep all of y'all.

But one thing that bothers me is why is my box legit? I youtubed an unauthorized pair of 72-10 and his box was smaller then real authentics suggested price was off too his said $160 but real price is $220 like mines. I have never seen one pair of unauthorize that was correct in box size. Theyre either too big or too small but never correct. I really wanted someone with unauthorized to compare their box with mines. I want to see suggested price and colorway description but I guess that won't happen. At least I did the review and took many pics so when that shoes drops we can always come back to this thread to compare.

Someone is selling the copper statue shoes on hand on eBay and guarantees its 100% authentic lol Sounds more realistic since he only has one pair and its only like a week or so before shoe releases. I bought it for $300 but paid extra $50 bucks for 1 day shipping will get it tomorrow. I'll post some pics and let's get to reviewing that shoe. I'm gonna keep buying early release shoes so they say, and reviewing them. One of these days my early release is gonna pay off and I'll finally get legits lol

Thanks for the kind word, I try to be as accurate as I can be most of the time.

The box.. Heres my take.. Its REALLY easy to replicate the box to begin with, keep this in mind as I explain my theory.. When you deal with bootlegs they cut corners, its the nature of the beast..This is why you will never see a 1.1 fake, its not profitable enough...The box, labels, other little things is usually the 1st logical place to start cutting..Because after all, who cares about the box? Now they realize the box does matter..So If im a bootleg man, i can increase my box cost by lets say $1 per box for easy math(to make it closer to the RD version) but ill sell 100,000 more bootlegs than the guy with the bad boxes, its a profitable decision.

I think the thing a lot of you guys forget is there are MULTIPLE bootleg factories operating the same sham at any given time.. Some better than others.

There is only 1 JB.. You'll get a glue smear, or a missed stitch here or there sure, thats normal ish - but there is a product standard and strict design among ALL legit pairs..For instance you wont go to FTL on RD and get one box, then go to CHP and get a different box, or inserts etc..(im talking the masses, not some weird occasion where dude got the wrong sticker on his box or something)..So back to my point ONLY 1 JB.. Now you have 5 bootleg factories all producing the same fakes with no QC between the 5 and TADA! One factories pairs look different/better than another factories..Whether it be box, box quality, laces, inserts etc.. So that easily could explain why your box is good and Xs box is not.. Simply 2 runs from 2 different bootleg factories.

Also another take is maybe the boxes are legit.. Im sure they dont keep the boxes under lock and key or as much observation, maybe im wrong..Who knows. Its HIGHLY unlikely but what if 500 boxes "got lost"?? Then 500 bootlegs pop up in good boxes..As i said before HIGHLY HIGHLY UNLIKELY, but not outlandish. My point is you still would have fake kicks in a legit box.

Back to my original point from before, How do we know this box is legit? We don't have a RD box to compare against.. Also HIGHLY unlikely - but what if JB threw a curveball and boxed this release in a plain box like the Breds at the last minute? Then this box wouldn't be legit at all, no matter how big it was..That would really hurt A LOT of feelings..hahaha, I can hear the BS stories on Ebay and others now.

So yeah man, Its just too early, and everything is an assumption or a best guess at this point.. We ALL are just gonna have to wait and see...

you paid 350 for a shoe that will be an easy cop let alone risking it being fake... you are just all kinds of smart

I can get a pair of Maroon 6s right now, I'll only charge 250
 
Yeah man im agreeing here..You gotta slow your roll, and think these things out a little better..Dont fall for the hype..Send those back too.. "Copper Statues" are atrocities and COMPLETE hype..Easy shelf bait..Probably an easy RD cop or about $250 tops.
 
I agree with y'all but its always that shoe that no one cares for and think it will sit that actually sells out quick and become popular.

inside the mind of a hypebeast........ c'mon man, if you like the shoe then by all means buy them but don't make a decision based on what others think and how you think the market will play out.

it would be priceless if Nike throws a curveball with something (box, laces, inserts....)

What out with fake education, i stopped following a little while ago when I noticed its a ploy to sell fakes.

and poorly made t-shirts.....

Not directly no.

But its not rocket science to figure out what hes really up to.

He tells everyone where he buys the fakes

Then if you click on the fake site there are youtube videos of the counterfeiters making changes with his notes to correct the issues he "supposedly" found.

In other words they are working together.

That and every 5 or 6th IG post it's about selling his low grade tshirts.

They cost peanuts to make and hes sells them for god knows how much.

Again, it's a simple, uneducated, cash grab.

He is selling fakes. Telling people where to get them and pretending like he is helping. The only thing he is helping is the counterfeiting game.
