Bellerin, Oxlade, and Ramsey returned to the training ground today... Walcott should be back late November and Wilshere is back for December/January [emoji]128526[/emoji] LETS GO ARSENAL
beautiful news and thank god walcott will be back soon as well, for a moment with the lack of updates i was starting to expect him being out until next year. Wonder if welbeck will ever come back  seems dude been injured in the longest most incognito way.

....the arsenal narrative that they dont spend on anyone or over a certain amount is so un-true and boring now. Very convenient i guess to ignore the purchases of alexis and ozil these last two seasons for 40 mil+ each. I guess we should have payed 40 mil for cech these off season to not be so "cheap"

If we are being honest he probably didn't think you guys offered any more of a chance of winning the league or champions league than Liverpool.
lmao if we are being honest you guys will finish 4th again this season, won't win the league next season either. wasn't it 3 seasons LVG said he will win the league or he will leave? Can't wait.

Haven't had money to buy top talent since 2-3 seasons a go... Signed Ozil, Sanchez, and Cech. you don't need to splash cash to get great players look at Nacho, Koscielny, Coquelin, Bellerin, and Gabriel.
So we just gonna ignore needing a wc striker or more defensive midfield coverage ?.. has arsenals frugal ways resulted in winning the league or champions league?

Schneiderlin, Higuain, Cavani, Manzdzukic, Icardi, Bacca, Martinez just a few available this summer that you could have brought in.

One injury to coquelin and that midfield gonna look very thin

i agree as well that schneiderlin could of been or should of been a player we should have bought. Napoli wants 80m euros minimum for higuain, lmao you tell me theres other clubs who would do that? PSG arent going to let go of cavani with zlatan leaving soon, its just logical. Manzdzukic is basically Giroud. Bacca and Martinez werent going to return what they were valued at, hardly think they would of made significant impacts for more than a season. None of those pertain to the defensive mid position besides morgan but i can understand wenger having faith in coquelin, hes improved a lot this season and very important to the squad, but i do agree depth is much needed in this position in the next two transfer windows.

Which WC striker is available that wants to play for Arsenal? Why would Cavani leave PSG? Gonzalo is fat and overpriced. Who else is out there? Giroud is doing fine and Walcott has done well through the middle when healthy and gets playing time. Seriously need a DM though

Arsenal had the chance to buy Suarez the summer before he went off and Liverpool almost won the PL

Just not true lol We put in the effort and triggered his clause but Gerrard conviced him to stay

this, its widely known that suarez asked gerrard if he should go to Arsenal or Barca, Stevie G understandably told him to go to Barca instead and with the value of his recommendation my mans is in Barca flourishing, dam you Stevie G. We tried all we could, man we would be fighting tough for the league and CL rn imho

Lmfaoooo no way I'm buying Stevie G is the reason he went to barca.. Like anyone would need convincing of choosing barca or Arsenal. Lmfaaooooooo

No, he wanted to leave and you offered exactly $1 over his release clause which was an insulting offer for a player like Suarez. Naturally Liverpool told you to go **** yourselves. Ol' cheap bastards

That extra pound was an insult to Liverpool not Suarez... What does he care? That wasn't his wages. Steve told him to stay and help them win the league then leave for Barcelona... Also if we got Suarez he would've been gone after one season especially after that biting incident

Just give me Griez, man. Son is already French. Half of Arsenal's starting XI is French. Son would fit right in.

Get a DM and then splurge on my boy. He can play forward or wing.

Cavani ain't going to the gunners. PSG is undefeated. ( :pimp: )

Never mind I misread what dude was trying to say..

Anyways I thought The buy out clause was more of a verbal agreement.. Which was then deemed to low when Arsenal put a cheeky bid in.. So Liverpool feeling low balled would have been a factor in blocking the move. Cuz if there was a written clause, there would have been nothing legally Liverpool could have done, no?

Also many believe that the bite only happened to force Liverpools hand in selling him.. Had he been at Arsenal and happy, maybe wouldn't have happened?

From my understanding, the release clause was a good faith release clause and not an automatic release clause, which means that Liverpool was not obligated to accept Arsenal's offer even though it met the minimum amount. So my point still stands, if Arsenal hadn't been so cheap and was willing to make a real offer (like Barcelona did the next summer), then maybe Suarez would have played in Emirates Stadium that season.

BRUUUUUUHHHHHHH :x :x :x :x :x :x :x

Even if Wenger would of made a higher bid, I just don't think Liverpool would of accepted either way knowing they could have bidders in the likes of barca because just like Gerrard said, would of made the gunners instantly stronger and competitive for the league conflicting Liverpool in the process, Gerrard and Liverpool didn't want that. That one pound over didn't help

Eh our healthy starting 11 is better than yours this season but hey you have all the money in the world just continue to throw those pounds out and you'll win eventually.

The money we have is what we earned at least, not like other teams in the league.

That injury is gruesome, That kind of thing really makes me want to retire and not play Rugby or Football anymore.
