He's usually pretty fast but he looked pretty lethargic today along with most of the squad

. Of course against a team that has pace all over like Arsenal it would be tough for them to match up pace wise but man it looked like they were moving in slo-mo at times 

.

Glad that LVG didn't make any excuses after the match,he didn't come up with the "better team in the 2nd half" type bs. He said this was the worst performance he's seen from the squad under him and that the Gunners completely outplayed them. Awful way to go on the intl break.

It might be long overdo to make a bold change and drop Rooney.... Not to scapegoat him but his form has been consistently poor and he's become a liability at this point. LVG didn't really hesitate to drop RVP last season,it might be getting to that time with Roo...

It's nothing new,Ronnie's played like less of a winger over the last year and more as a CF with the way he positions himself. He rarely goes at defenders 1v1 anymore

Rooney's touch is gone, completely gone, literally receiving passes like a Championship player....

He needs to be dropped.

Rooney's touch is gone, completely gone, literally receiving passes like a Championship player....

He needs to be dropped.

It's made no sense these last few weeks man 

. He literally looks worse each game while arguably our most creative attacker spends 80% of his time on the bench while Wazza's corpse continues to show up in the starting XI only to stagnate the attack 

. 

I'll say it again,Woody and LVG have a lot of work to do from now until the end of January before this team can actually challenge for any silverware...the current squad just isn't good enough and there's a serious lack of depth in case there's another injury crisis like last season.
