KDB though. Did not expect him to be this good this fast. Dude has been ridiculously good. That finish he had in the EPL though where the ball came over his shoulder and he turned with it and volleyed it was was one of the toughest, technique wise, goals ive seen in a while.

This is the kind of thing that gets my blood boiling,attacking your fellow fans though?? What kind of savage ******* is that?!?!

Referee allegedly pressured into favouring Real Madrid in Clásico

A lawyer has reported to Anti-corruption Prosecutors in Barcelona that a first division assistant referee was allegedly pressured by the Spanish Referees' Association to favour Real Madrid in their game against Barcelona on 21st November.

During an alleged telephone call, which took place in September, a member of the association contacted a top flight referee who had been short-listed to take charge of 'el Clásico' and said that he should "try to control the game in a way that thwarted the interests of one of the clubs, Barcelona".

The report added that it was the referee who called his assistant, who is allegedly behind the report, to tell him that it "would be better if the toughest decisions in that game were not made by the match referee because they generate more controversy and are submitted to tighter media scrutiny".

Saying all Kroos does is find soft pockets and circulate possession like that's not an absolutely vital component to any functioning attack. Like soft pockets just magically appear at the highest levels.

Kroos is pretty high profile but the players that fill the regista and tempo setter type roles are almost always underappreciated not overrated, because people don't recognize their contributions.

Saying he produces nothing is so wrong it's not even funny. There's so much more to it than goals and assist.

And he's fine defensively. He's not a CDM or destroyer so expecting that kind of defensive output for him isn't right.

If they don't see a name at the end of a match under assists or goals, they're labeled as trash. Dummies.



Great result last night under the circumstances we were in. Varane is such a beast man, great pace, outstanding awareness, and he's so young. The future.

I wasn't a fan of Lucas Vazquez during pre-season but he's earned a spot on the squad imo, has played well every chance he gets. Jese still hasn't been the same since that injury.

Had a nice counter opportunity close to the end that Ronnie should have finished, went a little wide though.

I thought PSG was going to steal a goal there at the end, I was yelling at my TV for the ref to end it already.

Hopefully everyone is back healthy for the game at Madrid.
