It's near the end of silly season so the rumour mill is bound to go into overdrive . You guys have always had the funds,you never know

i'm usually all about fiscal responsibility but this is that ONE time i went Wenger to just ball out and make it rain on a World class striker (or at the very least a solid DM)

Wenger has always been stubborn, now he's an old man...impossible to reason with
He could have gone after one of the Bender bros, Morgan, etc. Yea the market for WC strikers is small but he had all summer to make a move. Clubs need time to find a replacement. Waiting until deadline day, you back them into a wall and they aren't willing to budge. Which leads to a desperation buy on our end, or no buy at all and lack of depth.

Chelsea sign Papy Djilobodji from Nantes. A whole lot cheaper then Stones and can play RB. I'm happy with this signing, I'd like to see he and Zouma paired up.

I wouldn't mind seeing Ivan play in the CB spot, but as a RB he needs to be gone. It's sad to see one of my favorite players decline so drastically but damn has he looked bad
