How does Falcow and Ivanovic still get starting spots?

Biggest question is falcow.

Son is washed, been washed, showed he was washed last season with united, yet he's getting a starting spot over Remy? The guy who is much more efficient than him?

Pretty interesting for him not to take a settlement...says a lot about the kind of guy he is...
