The thing is why would Pep or Carlo put themselves in a position where they'll get canned by Roman in a few months

Not to mention lack of CL

Roman ****** himself

Y'all better get David Moyes or Brendan on the phone

I don't think either of them will even think about considering Chelsea, hell no.

Chelsea are just always going to be that managerial mess they were when they didn't have Mou, it's clear now. This is what Roman obviously wants. It's going to be like Real Madrid but worse, at least Real don't take orders from a foreign billionaire. They take orders from Flo, but he's replaceable, owners aren't

I think he made changes that make it almost impossible to get rid of him now which is why he's lasted so long  :smh:. They don't go through elections like Barca

I'll be pissed if Brendan Rodgers is the man who takes over. No thanks.

Pep ain't coming here
Simeone loves Atletico but there are rumors flying
Carlo probably doesn't wanna stick around for a rebuild either

Maybe its time for new managerial blood. No more retreads. Only way to discover if someone can really handle the workload is to show faith and give them the job.

A name I've seen floating around is Unai Emery (who I know nothing about). Another name is Leonid Slutsky.

All I know is that if Woody ends up with Giggs when Pep,Carlo and Mou are all available around the same time his own *** deserves to get sacked  :smh:

Pressure busts pipes in Madrid man, if the fans want - Flo can/will be gone like he was in 2005. He obviously has lots of power of course, but you can't compare it to Roman. Roman, a foreign billionaire will always call the shots at Chelsea - and then his son will. That's not changing.

hmmm so whats happened this morning

Mou knew what he was doing with his post game interview vs Leicester, the shots he fired were shots he could never take back. He knew he was getting fired, you could see it in his face, might as well let the world know how he really felt.

As much as I wanted him to at least finish the season, I understand why he was fired. Chelsea are a global brand and when you lose 9 ******* games to start a season you're getting fired, no matter who you are.

Thank you to Jose who brought us back to the top of the EPL. Will go down as the best manager in Chelsea's 110 year history (or since at least 2003 )

Don't really care who the next manager is, I just want to see some of these players give an effort. Hazard can leave in my opinion, one of the most overrated players in Europe. Won EPL POTY in a year where to be honest I thought Alexis Sanchez was just as good or better. This season Aguero and Sanchez have completely left his *** behind

I don't think Mou knew he was getting fired at all Sunday, where is this coming from? I think he was just fed up and decided to speak the truth instead of spinning it like he's always done. And in return maybe that's why he was fired today.

I don't understand it tho, ipthis could have waited. No manager is going to come in and put them in the top 4, Chelsea are going to be a mid-level team regardless. Could have just rode him out and cut ties at the end of the season, or at least get a chance to get a proper send off with the Chelsea fans at Stamford Bridge, he deserved that much if he is "the greatest Chelsea manager".

But Roman will Roman tho, y'all warned me - but I didn't want to listen, I thought Roman was a man of the people, I thought he grew.

I think he deliberately chose his words during that interview, knowing it was over. His honesty was the honesty of a dude that knew it was done, and had nothing left to lose. By saying that he raised the players "to a level that was not theirs" last season and calling out Hazard for being a pansy (not for the first time either), I think it was his way of saying the players quit on him.

To be honest, I'm actually kind of sad about him going. I'm not a fan of keeping a coaching carousel every year, that's 9 coaches in 8 years at Chelsea. We need some type of stability at the club, and firing people every season isn't helping.
