He outcoached Pellegrini today playing Firmino as a false 9. Caused so much problems for our back line since hes so quick with the ball compared to Benteke.

Im not too worried about the result, already knew Demichelis was trash like Truth-Serum posts. We are a different defensive team with Kompany healthy and Hart has done a phenomenal job this season. This could of been a further embarrassment. Just disappointed for the points. Once everyone's healthy again City will be rolling again.

I'm glad you're more optimistic than I am. To be honest a couple things that a re really bothering about the team is how passive we are on attack even throughout wins sometimes.

I hope this doesn't sound to hot takeish cause this is something i've been thinking about and noticing throughout the season...

1. Yaya has become a pedestrian and its sad to watch (especially for me he's one of my favorite players ever) he needs to be coming off the bench and a long term replacement needs to be in the works.
2. The more and more I look at some of Pellegrini's decisions and style of play for the team the more I start to hope those Pep rumors are true. Pellegrini just seems like a good manager a manager that can when you some trophies every now and then but he's not gonna be able to take us to the promised land.

I had to let go of FIFA. It became more frustration and concentration than fun. Especially when playing online

Those kids out there, are on another level.

I never played online so I'd imagine it'd be that much more difficult against these wonder boys.

But I'm just talking about playing against friends, sorta had a mini tourny day before Halloween and I swear to god all the games were like 1-1, 1-0. This new FIFA game wasn't fun at all. idk if that how the rest of the world views it? But it wasn't fun.

I definitely hear you on that. I don't know what to say, almost like the more of a simulator it becomes, the less enjoyable it becomes.

Those clubs – Crossfire Premier, Lonestar Soccer Club, Players Development Academy (PDA), Real So Cal and St. Louis Scott Gallagher – join the most comprehensive U.S youth academy program among foreign professional soccer clubs.
AS Roma’s USA Academy now features ten top-flight clubs from across the USA:
• Chargers (Clearwater, Fla.)
• Crossfire Premier (Redmond, Wash.)
• FC Greater Boston Bolts (Boston, Mass.)
• Lonestar Soccer Club (Austin, Texas)
• Pateadores (Southern Calif.)
• Players Development Academy (Zarephath, N.J.)
• Real Colorado (Denver, Colo.)
• Real So Cal (Woodland Hills, Calif.)
• St. Louis Scott Gallagher (St. Louis, Mo.)
• Vardar (Detroit, Mich.)
The AS Roma USA Academy is a unique programme that prioritises best practices in all areas and has a particular emphasis on player and coach development. A principal objective of the program is to identify and cultivate U.S. players that have the ability to one day compete for AS Roma at its highest level. There have already been multiple USA Academy players across different age groups that have been invited to train in Rome with AS Roma’s youth teams.
For the U.S. academies, a partnership with AS Roma allows for accelerated player development, broadened exposure and access to specialised support.
AS Roma provides U.S. academies the same resources and year-round support as it does for its Italian academies.

AS Roma’s USA Academy is a multi-faceted program, which includes ongoing coaching development and exchanges, tailored physical performance programs and team training and competition in both the United States and Italy.
Highlights from 2015 include:
• AS Roma’s U.S. Academy U15 select team participated in the Dale Farm Milk Cup 2015 tournament, which featured teams from all over the world, including English Premier League clubs Liverpool and Southampton, as well as Sydney United from Australia.
• AS Roma hosted the first USA Academy Summit in Miami on January 28 with the first five US academy clubs.
• In June, AS Roma hosted nine of the clubs for a two-day coaching and development summit at AS Roma’s training ground at Trigoria.
• AS Roma USA Academy staff received professional development from AS Roma’s Performance Coach while in Rome.
• Two sets of Roma coaches - one to the east coast and one to west coast - will be arriving in the U.S. in late-fall.
• AS Roma provides a quarterly training curriculum to each Academy club.
• The St. Louis Scott Gallagher 2000’s are sending 16 players and two coaches to Rome this November for training and competition.
• An AS Roma USA Academy showcase to identify elite players for specialised training is planned to take place in early 2016.
• AS Roma is the official professional football club of the renowned Wide World of Sports amateur and pro sports complex in Orlando, which hosts the Disney Soccer Showcase presented by AS Roma – a top U.S. youth football soccer tournament. The Primavera, Roma’s top Italian academy team, regularly competes at the Wide World of Sports and will train there in December.
The AS Roma USA Academy program is run by Alex Zecca, AS Roma's Director of Football Development. Zecca has been involved in soccer on many levels in the United States as a player and as an investor of various organizations, both at the professional and semi-professional levels. The program is managed day-to-day by Sean Carey, who is also the League Director of the New England Premiership, a nationally recognised youth league containing the top clubs in New England.
A former professional player and experienced educator, Carey specialises in maintaining a club’s focus on player development, player identification and game day playing environment.
AS Roma’s academy in Italy is considered among the very best in Europe and trains at its state-of-art practice facility, Trigoria. The academy has nine elite teams comprised of 226 players that compete in the official championships governed by the Italian Football Federation. AS Roma’s youth teams have captured numerous Italian championships, including nine Scudetto titles for its Primavera – the oldest youth level.
Over the years, AS Roma’s youth teams have produced 671 players that have competed for AS Roma’s first team, 23 players currently playing in Serie A and three FIFA World Cup champions in Francesco Totti, Daniele De Rossi and Bruno Conti.
All ten clubs are also part of the U.S. Soccer Development Academy.

And that's where my criticism of today's performance will begin

This team is playing like garbage compared to the Real standard, and it's being masked by Navas. Yes, Celta are the second place team in la liga and can score goals, especially at home, but...they're Celta ****** Vigo. They went down to 10 men to what was arguably sketchy refereeing, and Real took they're foot off the pedal instead of pressing it on Celta's neck. And when they did that, they became uninterested and played lackadaisically. Maybe Rafa thought the players were a little gassed from their trip to Paris, but it was bad management. Because they easily could have lost. 

Next criticism, not for his overall performance...but as much constant praise and zero criticism he gets to his game, Varane is straight up bad with his distribution from the back. He constantly makes bad passes and gives it away. Dude is going to be world class and lock don defensively for a long time, but that doesn't mean he's gotta be nice with passing it as well. I think he needs to get more conservative in danger situations and just clear it.

Said this a month ago, when I believe they were on top of La Liga, and the exposure came out in full effect today. 

Barca put on an amazing performance. First goal was insane, all those passes, and then Sergi Roberto knew the instant moment to make the slashing run and gave a perfect pass to Suarez.

Barca had spells where they dominated possession, and whenever Real would win the ball back they'd have extremely cheap giveaways. There was also no intensity on defense to get the ball from Barca. 

Don Inesta put on one of the best individual performances I've seen in a while. The way he was manipulating the ball was beautiful. The turn he put on Kroos was crazy, then I don't even know how he picked out Neymar for the assist. Then that give and go was lethal for the third.

Only player who showed up for Real was Isco in his cameo. Came on as a sub and got the red. Gareth Fale actually looked decent today too, had a few nice set ups including that outside of the foot pass on a high speed counter to Ronaldo that could have been a goal.

A big moment for me was when Marcelo opted to shoot instead of square it for Benz in the beginning of the second half. Could have been 2-1, with Real coming out of the gates hot, but instead a few minutes later Barca went up 3-0.

I'm not really sure if I can fully put this one on Rafa. If he selected a side based on putting the right pieces together with players like Casemiro in and James on the bench, and they still caught the wedgie he would have been criticized. He put his most purely talented side out there, and they just got destroyed. Also, another thing is that I don't remember the last time seeing this XI play together. In a lot of the recent matches, Casemiro, Jese, and Vasquez have been getting the start. But obviously you can't start the latter 2 in El Clasico, especially when Rafa has been getting criticized for his lack of attacking selections. 

I'm obviously not happy about the L, but I can appreciate an amazing display of football when I see one, and that's what Barca put on today.
