And Bayern is actually doing it more legitimately than Barca

I think saying just those 2 is an overstatement. psv, porto and ajax just to name a couple. doesn't have to a superpower club to mean they aren't running things right with academies and whatnot. but yes bayern does a phenomenal job of bringing kids through the youth academies and making them studs.

No shade to those clubs, but by doing it right, I mean doing the youth system and building a world beater.


I'm not too familiar with PSV or Porto's systems or clubs outside of watching them in the CL.

But I'm sure there are a handful of clubs doing it right as well. Those 2 tho, biggest clubs
