In other news...Valencia sacked my dude G-Nev after just 4 months :smh:. Truth be told,it was coming but damn not the best way to begin your managerial career . I feel like Giggsy's managerial career would begin the same way...

Gary Neville should have NEVER left the studios....

Now when he goes back to being a pundit I won't be able to take him so seriously. His short tenure at Valencia was pitiful. :x

Good news for EPL fans and some Arsenal fans, but mostly BAD NEWS for most Arsenal fans...

Gentlemen, the man with the most secure job in all of sports...

Arsene Wenger has 'no doubt' he'll remain at Arsenal next season

Arsene Wenger insists he has "no doubt" he'll still be at Arsenal next season and remains fully committed to the job despite the recent outpouring of criticism from fans.

Wenger has been under heavy pressure after Arsenal fell 11 points behind Leicester in the Premier League title race and exited the Champions League and FA Cup this month. But he received public backing from minority owner Alisher Usmanov on Friday, and told beIN Sports on Monday that he has no plans to leave the London club after his 20th season in charge.

Asked if he had any doubt he'll be back for next season, the Frenchman said: "I have no doubt, no, because I am committed. When I do something I do it 100 percent. I am always committed to give my best as long as I am at the club."

Wenger said the recent criticism from both media pundits and fans "is not very welcome," but he reiterated once again that it doesn't affect him.

"I don't worry too much about all the rest, what people say. All the rest is judgement, opinions, and that is linked with beliefs from the last results, our last disappointment, our last happiness," Wenger said. "In my job you focus on what is important, which is to perform. I believe in life it's very important that you focus on what you are appointed for. I am appointed to perform and to do the best for my club. It's all I focus on. My future is my future, I don't master that more than you."

Arsenal look likely to end the season without silverware despite having led the league in January and with every other traditional rival struggling. But Usmanov, who earns 30 percent of the club, said Arsenal must retain Wenger, who has one year left on his current contract. Usmanov called the 66-year-old Frenchman Arsenal's "main asset" and referred to the club as a successful "sports business project" in an interview with Russian TV station Rossiya24.

One of the main gripes among fans is that Wenger and the club board run Arsenal too much like a business and aren't spending enough money in the transfer market -- having failed to buy a single outfield player last summer.

But Wenger was adamant again that he is doing his utmost to win titles.

"I have my conscience. What is most important is that I give my best every day I work for the club I love," Wenger said. "If I can share that love with the supporters it's even better. But at the end of the day I want to make sure I give my best."

I feel like the only job more secure than Wengers may be Jerry Jones as the Cowboys GM

(Jerry Jones is also the owner of the Cowboys for those who may not know)

Hope he never gets the sack :smokin

In unrelated news,I keep seeing that apparently Ter Stegen is close to joining Citeh this summer...how much sense would that make given that they have Englands no.1 still between the pipes?

It makes no sense to me Hart is still one of the better keepers in the premier league. But this move is just to move on from Willy as backup thats fine with me. Willy had a nice going out party in the COC final but that doesn't change the fact that he's getting up there and we will need a new backup but at the same time I don't think Ter Stergen is looking to be on the bench. This probably another baseless transfer rumor like most of the links to City have been recently

What's funny is that Ter Stegen was just complaining about playing time at Barca . Why would he want to come play back up at Citeh unless he has some assurances under Pep maybe?

You're most likely right though, you guys are probably gonna be linked to each every Barca/Bayern player until after the summer

Am I the only one that doesn't really rate Joe Hart

He's good but I wouldn't really call him one of the top keepers in the world. Butland looks like he'll be gunning for his no.1 spot relatively soon

I could just be a biased City fan thats grown to love the crazy **** that he is over the years

. But City have brought in keepers before in Pantilimon (to an extent) and Willy to challenge him. Willy was especially highly rated at the time leaving Malaga considering how he played there but Hart stepped up and kept his job as the no. 1.

Harts a really good keeper I think one of the best in the premier league but as for as the world goes if there was a top 10 I would say he's either 10 or 11.

Hart's became better, I remember two seasons ago he was pushing balling into the net...

But still, Joe Hart is just some average goal-keepin bloke, Heggsy has it right. He's not rated over her, give me Ter Stegen all day.

Harts great. What I realized is he let's in a lot of near post shots. When hes set and in position I think he has world class potential. I don't see him going anywhere TBH. I don't know why we are linked to Ter Stegen when he can be Barca's #1 in a year or two. We need at least a promising fullback on either side or CB before trying to get a high profile GK as a backup.

Joe Hart average

Joe Hart > Ter Stegen at the moment.

If it wasn't for Joe Hart saving City from multiple blunders from Demichelis, Mangala and Otamendi we'd be out of the top 4 a long time ago. He's more of a traditional keeper than Ter Stegen is and doesn't make as much rash decisions or comes off his line.

Harts not a pep guy though. Doesn't he like sweeper keeper type goalies? Would welcome him to United. Those Joe Hart pep talks in the Old Trafford tunnel would be

Pep making moves though heard he's locked up gungogan on the low.

Break is over, we byke :smokin

I would be devastated to see Crazy Joe end up in a United shirt if some transfer scenarios went down lol.

Man i finally get bein sports and i won't be home for el classico

I am assuming Real get washed....but i wanted to watch it live :smh: hoping that isn't that case though

If I see any pictures of Pep talking to Messi alone from now until the end of the summer transfer window, I'd be very uneasy.
