NASL getting some money, getting that exposure. Great news for them. Hope US soccer as whole can benefit from this

It sucks cuz my nephew is turning 9 tomorrow and is a huge RM fan. We're doing an El Clasico themed bday party for him and getting him a dope *** cake.

I really hope they don't get embarrassed but we know how this can very well end  :smh:

Whoaaaaaa....

Good luck

But get the liquor ready to ease the pain, just in case

If it starts to get ugly, fake a heart attack to distract everybody from the game.

The Porto one is incredible, do teams hire away FCP scouts?
I posted a while back of an article that Shaktar bought one of Porto's top scouts for themselves in 2010. His results have been great (Douglas Costa being 1). But yes it just normally comes down to business is business. But the fact that this was a big article to draw in attention just shows Porto's reputation as a scouting/building club. Other clubs are legendary in their scouting and obviously have those people locked behind closed doors.

Established connections and longevity also help clubs such as Porto or Ajax(using these particular teams because they're my favourite in their respective leagues and reputations of this certain topics). Porto being in Portugal speaking Portuguese OBVIOUSLY has Brasil on lock down. Ajax has the Scandinavian connect down. That's how you get names like Zlatan, or christen eriksen as products all the time. So it would be smart of teams such as Shahktar to buy the connects to help themselves long term. It's not about cutting out the middle man, it's about finding a better middle man

Might as well tell the kid the tooth fairy and Santa Claus arent real as well

Chelsea going straight bench/youth movement today:

Starting 11: Courtois, Azpi, Ivanovic, Miazga (shocker), Baba Rahman, Mikel, Cesc, RLC, Pedro, Kenedy, Remy

Subs: Begovic, Jake Clarke-Salter, Matic, Oscar, Traore, Pato, Falcao

Aston Villa is trash, our current line-up consist of B-teamers so this game might actually be entertaining

Believe it or not guys....Pato is on the pitch for Remy

*RLC scores a goal while I type this :pimp:

Given the way he played, why did it take 3 months for Pato to finally make his PL debut??

They say he was struggling with getting into game shape but personally I think Guus just wasn't willing to play him until Remy once again gave out physically and we have nothing but second stringers.

Should lead to more chances now though.

good to have footy back. the gunners are dominating watford rn, iwobi is one confident young man on the ball, he's growing well with the team
