This is why Manchester United is the biggest club in the English speaking world.

Love 'em or hate 'em,you just can't stop talking about 'em...

Fixed.

No one really gives a **** about ya'll in the Spanish speaking world. Probably the same in other cultures as well.

? There are a lot of pre Chicharito Mexican Man United fans, and MILLIONS of Man United fans all over Asia and Africa as well. So I don't know where you got this from...

Because of Chicha, not because of Man Utd's clout and prestige. When Chicha went to Real, fans were much more excited because Real Madrid means so much more to them.

I edited my post to include pre-Chicharito. At least in Cali, there have always been a lot of Mexican/Latino Man United fans. And you're still ignoring Asia and Africa, two of Man United's major fan bases. Saying no one outside of the English speaking world gives a @!@! about them is completely inaccurate

Cali is in the English speaking world b. So are a lot of African countries that were colonized by the British.

Listen, I'm not bashing the EPL or Man Utd. I'm a huge EPL fan, it's my second favorite league behind Argentina's. But I honestly believe that the English, and EPL fans in general tend to overestimate their importance in the footballing world. The title for biggest club in the world is a toss up between Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Fine, but you specifically said "probably in other cultures as well" and you ignored every culture outside of Spain and Latin America  your definition is "only people who know some English like Man United" which is nonsense. There are even a lot of non British Man United fans all over Europe as well, even in countries like Germany, Netherlands, etc that already have decent to strong teams. Even if Man United lost all their English speaking/English fans today, they'd still be one of the biggest clubs in the world just off Asia alone

As the third largest club in the world, I think it's safe to say they're a big deal...

Bayern > the world though

Man Utd is not the biggest club in the world. You can't claim to be the biggest club in the world when bigger clubs like Real Madrid poach your players and you can't convince them to stay. "Well trey, the only reason they leave is for the money," you will say to me. Understood, but there's a reason they have more money than you, and it's because they are a bigger club.

I think De Bruyne is staying though. I believe the Wolfsburg manager said if De Bruyne himself pushed the deal through they'd sell but I don't think he's asking to leave.

He would be a perfect fit at City. Our playstyle isnt dull like Chelsea's so his creativity will be appreciated, and he wouldn't even have to track back on defense. He'd automatically have a starting spot but as the days go by, it seems like he's content at Wolfsburg. :frown:

I gotta go to church on saturday

:smh: I finally know how Leonidas felt going against the Persians....

Ain't nothing heroic about Man U.

His family are Liverpool supporters. I think he would be better fit for us too.

I think Inler from Napoli going to Leicester is a great addition. Rock in the midfield, Swiss captain that brings leadership.

The Foxes are ensuring they only go down on Southeast Asian working girls.

Crazy how Chelsea and City pulled the robbery on United with Pedro and Otamendi. [emoji]128563[/emoji]

Not really, fam.

When you think about it, the common denominator is that these La Liga cats aren't rocking with LvG at all. No matter how many times Ed Woodward flies to Barcelona, nothing is going to trump a text from your homeboy telling you that his boss is crazy. Nothing.

Man oh man. How I wish we had Welbeck at a time like this.

Going hard to spend so much money on Müller, when you had your own english version and let him go.

Van Gaal should have dropped Van Persie and Falcao and let that young man flourish. The center forward position is open and begging for a player like him to develop.

Now you want to go elsewhere and buy what you just let go.

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho will break the bank to land Paul Pogba and John Stones before the transfer dealine, according to the Daily Star.

The report suggests Mourinho will spend £100m to secure a stunning double swoop as he looks to get his side's title defence back on track.

Still think Pogba is Barca bound though. By the way, where has PSK been? Is he okay?

Pogba can always move to barca if he makes a move for chelsea. It's just a rumor and Chelsea usually operates behind closed doors. Most of the players linked with Chelsea are typically in advanced talks with the club or surprises like Willian and Pedro.

So, imo, it's better to ignore these rumors until uts officially announced.

Leave the rumor entertainment for Manchester united fans
