I feel you there,Mike Smalling and Rojo could be quite a formidable CB partnership once they get to play together. With Valencia not budging on that 50m price tag for Otamendi, I'd rather use that $ on a striker

Definitely need to sign a striker to really put a pressure on Wayne Rooney, because as of right now, being the captain makes him believe that he is undroppable.

If anything, I see it as to take pressure off of Roo... he usually plays better behind a striker.  Putting him alone, up-front doesn't seem to be very effective.
