Saying all Kroos does is find soft pockets and circulate possession like that's not an absolutely vital component to any functioning attack. Like soft pockets just magically appear at the highest levels. :lol:

Kroos is pretty high profile but the players that fill the regista and tempo setter type roles are almost always underappreciated not overrated, because people don't recognize their contributions.

Saying he produces nothing is so wrong it's not even funny. There's so much more to it than goals and assist.

And he's fine defensively. He's not a CDM or destroyer so expecting that kind of defensive output for him isn't right.

I don't even know why, I know they got in a small rivalry fight (arsenal & Liverpool) - but I didn't see anything "ban worthy". Maybe the comments were deleted by Meth, maybe it was just the wrong place, wrong time type of situation - but we I've seen worse. Way worse.

Yeah nobody can take that statement seriously lol... Guy banged in 20 plus goals in the league a season 5 years in a row and holds the record for most assists in a season for the PL... Guys an absolute legend.

this. Just because Cdm is his position, doesn't mean that's his role. he's doing what Pirlo is doing at the end of career. What Alonso use to do. Doing what real wants, someone like Martinez wouldn't work, he's limited offensively and would slow down that offense. His job is to build from the back, he has Ramos and Pepe doing all the dirty work.

And on Kroos his position and role in the club is really under appreciated. I agree with people saying the holding midfielder role is under valued. If great clubs didn't have good players that could facilitate the ball we'd see bottom level BPL chucking the ball forward all game. He doesn't need to be on the attack trying to pick out killer balls all game or try to gamble and launch a 30yd rockets on goal. With the amount of talent on the team you need guys like Kroos that understand and accept their roles.
 
please dont compare kroos to pirlo...they are nowhere near the same.

modric is more like pirlo than kroos. 

yall will never convince me...kroos is so mediocre. modric is brain of that team.
 
Random but anybody ever play with Koeman in fifa ? Hes on the classic or legend team what ever it is. He has the most ridiculous stats I've ever seen. Like 98% are dark greens..it's all I think about when I see him :lol:
