Ahh got it lol. Seemed like some left field roast session I didn't know about haha. that sentence by itself would be a perfect #nocontext lol

Flying back to San Fran now. Love Europe and the UK to death. But I just gotta give it to the German people when it comes to Footy dedication. Unheard of in any sport across the world.

I've been "finished" my documentary I made over here about a soccer academy. Once I get settled back home I'll make a thread and post it on NT for everyone to flame me. I'll link it in this thread too obviously. Not satisfied with it but when you create something artistically there comes a point where you nitpick everything and you'll never be happy with it

If Man U get Antoine Griezmann i'd be tight.

He plays the same position as Memphis tho

I think he'd be a better fit on you know... Arsenal

But didn't Atletico say they're not selling this year?

True story. Antoine and his brother were big United fans growing up. His brother used to go to Old Trafford a lot and instagram pictures, but they have suddenly disappeared laugh.gif

Pogba is barca bound in january, right?

Yea, I'm pretty sure you can't just send a player somewhere without their consent so, don't really see how it would be "sticking it to him," if he'd ultimately be the one giving the ok and approving laugh.gif in the end of the day the only one getting it stuck to them is Man U, by Real Madrid and yet again another top class player that wants out. Same way Ronaldo did.

But damn the salt has become next level from u dudes

doubtful players of that stature don't move in January. Juve should make a good run in champions league and i cant see barca overpaying for someone that would be cup tied.

I just thought it was funny. I actually agree with you regarding us getting the worst out of this entire fiasco. We look petty and I'm hoping that it doesn't have a long term impact on our "image" as a club.

I think the image problem is starting to have more to do with your rivals snagging players up while you guys lay low and just leave money sitting in the bank. Imo this is an important window for United's brand for perspective top class targets, and if the window is an L it can have a lasting effect in EPL power for years. I really think it's that important and United needs to make a bigger show of intent and ambition.

I said I thought it was a blessing in disguise u missed on Pedro. But u guys now need to bring in a marquee attacker.

We look petty for standing firm? Don't know about you but I'm glad that we're finally putting up a fight in negotiations and won't be bullied around like in past years. Yes I know we'll most likely lose DDG for free but it's just the principle that counts for me.

Can you blame us for being salty though flyeed? Seriously laugh.gif

I should have been more clear. I agree with us having a firm stance on not selling DDG to RM for cheap. However, this whole we wont play him until the end of the transfer period, conflicting reports between DDG and LVGs camp, etc. - it just seems childish to me. That can tarnish a team's reputation in the TW especially when our targets see that their fellow countrymen arent gelling with us.

That is just a setup so that if a striker doesn't come, they can claim they were never in for one.

I have a feeling a winger is what United want.

Ronaldo, beckham, chica, ddg, depay

Arsenal had to build the stadium somehow

Barca paid for most of it

The situation I'd call childish would be VV's current predicament. He should've been sold before the season started once LVG decided that he wasn't in his plans anymore. Having his situation lingering on top of the DDG saga isn't a good look I agree but for DDG I kind of see where LVG is coming from. He probably wants to reinforce his belief that no one player is above the team,no matter how much they mean to the team.

I still believe that if DDG really wanted out ASAP,he would've signed that extension which would've put a set price tag on him and made a transaction with real that much easier instead of this cat and mouse game they've played all summer long.
