Ya it's hard to see how Jose makes it past thanksgiving at this rate.
Find a stop gap to finish the season then hire Conte after the Euros.
Be interesting to see the name attached.

Ah Yes, of course...the classic thanksgiving deadline looming over the head's of managers in England.

I'm still finding it ridiculous that the pundits and papers urging Mourinho to be fired - is coming from NON-CHELSEA fans and Chelsea community. This whole situation just doesn't make sense to me at all.

The rumors surrounding Fabregas, or Matic, or Hazard about throwing shade at Mourinho - I'll take that with a grain of salt. But lets say its all true (could be), look at who this is all coming from -

Fabregas is probably the most inconsistent player in the world the past 5 years, not even his Catalan connections and La Masia teammates had the influence to keep him around, completely failed spell at Barcelona, terrible investment. Matic, this Benfician herb was playing in Estadio Da Luz 1 year ago after Chelsea dumped him the first time, dude should be groveling at his feet and thanking Mou from taking him away from Lisbon and bringing him back to Chelsea to make a **** load of more money.

Then we have Hazard, who sparked a bidding war a couple summers ago and made Chelsea pay him an absurd amount of money before ever stepping foot in the EPL (which he lived up to of course) but is having one of the worst drop-offs in recent memory (Kaka, Schevenko type of fall-off) and on top of that - is liking "Real Madrid" rumors fans send to him on Instagram, not that liking a post is bad, but thinking you're heart of hearts that you're good enough to be a GALACTICO is absurd. Why in gods name would Real Madrid pay for you, wtf do they need from Hazard

If this was Drogba, Lampard, Cech, or Terry - okay, I'd take it more seriously. But Fabregas, Matic, and Hazard - Come on man, **** of here. In 5 years Fabregas will be playing for Espanyol, Matic will be somewhere in the icy desertlands of some Russian oil club, and Hazard will be at PSG because PSG WOULD be that team to pay that absurd EPL tax on popular EPL talent.

Damn Coupe... Once again on point. I remember Wenger saying he was in Hazard's living room about to sign him but Chelsea just threw a crazy price towards him

heggsy heggsy
How has Okazaki been doing?

Started really well, strong, worked hard, pressed high, got his goal vs West Ham. Looked promising.

Since then, he's looked lacklustre, hasn't even looked remotely like scoring and I can't recall a single time where he's even had a goalscoring opportunity.

I hope it's just a case of him still adapting as I really want him to do well.

Vardy won't go to Spurs.

I always felt some type of way after he sparked that bidding war....smh.

NYCFC is looking for a new manager, apparently they are considering Capello.

me watching chelsea this season, no damns (and i voted that mou shouldnt get sacked) really enjoying his Hypocritical mind tactics and rants and would love for him to continue being a locker room cancer for the entire season; like many have said, he just won them the title and with chelsea's spending power, i just see no better move then to keep mou with the likes of carlo not looking to take the post. Even with this ugly media attention he has garnered this past season, theres plenty of players im sure who would love to play for mou not only that but for a big club in the EPL. If they were to lose hazard, which would be big but wouldn't be detrimental as they have big cash to spend, i think they'll be right back in the title contention next season under mou.

  • Willian - our best attacking player, and that is truly sad. The same Willian who couldnt buy a goal last year is scoring this year with these beautiful and unintentional free kicks
    laugh.gif
. At least he has a pulse though
  • Diego Costa - a decent striker, thats about it. Our leading goal scorer this year with 2 goals this seaon.........2 ******* goals
  • Falcao - shouldnt even be on the roster
  • Pedro - our system doesnt suit him, and to be honest I wasnt a huge fan of him coming here anyway.
  • Remy - the one player I dont think gets enough playing time to show his quality. Must be doing something behind the scenes to piss off Mou because he scores pretty regularly yet rides the pine a majority of the time
  • Oscar - the least creative "playmaker" on a big team in Europe. Good player, but he is not a #10
  • Fabregas - dont know what happened to him, but he has completely fallen off the map. Unlike Oscar and Willian who can hide their offensive shortcomings with solid defense, Fabregas has been neither offensively or defensively good. Not sure what purpose he has on the field anymore
  • Hazard - stats in the first half against Liverpool = 0 shots, 0 crosses, 0 chances created, 0 successful dribbles.........nothing more needs to be said
All of this while we sold KDB and Caudrado are playing well for City and Juve. All of this while Moses was playing well for West Ham (a team that beat us) and while Mata started off the season so well. Something needs to be done about the attackers on this team of we want to be successful again, no matter how good our defense might get.

Add in Salah who they also wasted, he is an excellent player IMO.

If Hazard, Fabregas and Costa were just playing in normal form, Chelsea would be fine. Those were their 3 best offensive players last year with the most goals and assists. It's just an astounding amount of goals and assists to replace with guys that really don't have the ability to create or have an eye for goal. Also the falling off of Terry and Ivanovic definitely hurts Mourinho's parking the bus tactic. Chelsea was probably one of the hardest defenses to crack last year and not to mention they have been playing half the season without Courtois, like De Gea for Man U, could of probably saved a few points for Chelsea.

I don't have to be a fan of Chelsea to express my observations of them. When Moyes/LVG, Wenger, Pellegrini were in a rut, non United, City, and Arsenal fans were saying they should be canned, but when it comes to Jose, some of y'all treat him like a God

For what it's worth, I think they will come good in the next few games. Even if the quality of the team is exaggerated in some places, they still have enough to turn it around and push up the league. Top 4 is probably the realistic aim for them now, as they are too far away from City \ Arsenal now and I can't imagine them 2 teams will drop that many points to allow Chelsea back into it.

My only issue Coupé It Coupé It with your point of view is that your mentioning something negative about everyone BUT Jose. We can't act like Jose isn't part of the problem. We can't pretend like his approach isn't turning people against him because it is. This is a TREND. Mou has gone out of his way to disrespect the same guys he supposedly won't throw under the bus to the media. Matic should be thanking Mou? Matic who proved Chelsea made the mistake in letting him go in the first place? The same Matic he put out on the pitch and then subbed off 15 mins later AS IF HE WAS THE PROBLEM? The only person Matic needs to thank is HIMSELF for showing and proving he's a high level player.

Hazard is 50/50. The man is lazy. He does need a kick in the *** at times but Mou has constantly made him the scapegoat. You can't keep talking down on a man and expect him to put his life on the line for you when the time comes. But Hazard does have issues he needs to sort out and quite frankly if he did leave I wouldn't be surprised nor would I be hurt.

I'll give you Fabregas though. Mou practically made him untouchable until last game so if its true its him he's a piece of ish
