You are on point with Fernando it seems like he's found his role in the team with the extra depth on the squad now and his play has risen when he does play. Fernandinho got a goal and he's always played that unsung role for City for a long time as well.

I like Fernando, but IMO he shouldn't start for us. We cannot play a defensive minded style at all. I like when we go full out attack with a healthy Kun, Silva, KDB, Sterling, Yaya and Fernandinho. Navas for whoever is struggling and if we go on top bring on Fernando to bolster our defense in mid. I have enough faith for a much rejuvenated Kompany, Otamendi/Mangala and Hart to keep the goals out.

Who knows with the upcoming holiday schedule, Fernando, Bony, Nacho and even Delph may be pretty important to us to stay afloat till Mid January. You guys think we'll pick up anyone in the January transfer window? I honestly don't see much need besides maybe a backup/young pure left winger or another fullback. Our fullbacks are dinosaurs and with the injuries of Zabaleta I hope we can grab someone promising. I envy a lot of the top big BPL teams. So many young promising fullbacks while ours are past their primes.

I agree that's the role I meant for him is coming in as a sub when needed. And yeah we are going to need to address the age/injury issues we have been having at LB/RB.

None of this makes sense to me given how they're filthy rich footballers but what do I know? . Rumors say that apparently he's on tape trying to convince Valbuena to pay up the ransom after he didn't want to. Hope Benz is innocent,he's too good to be caught up in this type of stuff.

A few weeks back,Djibril Cisse was arrested and questioned about his role in an apparent blackmail attempt via sextape against Valbuena. It's weird since Cisse was a victim of that same thing a few years back. He was later released without charges but now they took in Benz to question him about his involvement in the plot because apparently he/his relatives were contacted by the blackmailers to get in on the scheme. They're trying to clear up whether a recording they have of Benz referencing the tape to Valbuena was just a joke or something more malicious.

Nope. Only way we would sell is if they requested a transfer. We don't have to sell. We don't need the money. I know it's cliche but I also believe them to be very happy here, they know they're loved here, even now, Vardy especially, still getting some negativity, not good enough for England blah blah blah. The lad is ridiculously good at what he does. He's not technical, he's not gonna do step overs, dribble past a man, but he will chase everything down, pressure, work hard and he can finish. I see it every week. Literally


Mahrez? He'll move in the summer I believe. He's 24. If somebody like PSG come calling, he's not gonna say no and as much as I don't want him to leave, he deserves it. He's fantastic.
