I like everything about Arsenal, the kits, the name, the colors, the location, a lot of the players...

Something is just off with them though

wait, yall are City fans?
eek.gif
I am. I didn't know anything about City or how good they where or could be before I started following the sport at the club level. But I knew enough to know about United's history and other historical clubs internationally. given my other fandoms (Atlanta sports) I wouldn't feel right following a team like United or even Real or Barca because it would feel like I was following the Cowboys or Lakers Yankees etc. So I felt it was right to follow the cross town rival in City who barely got respect at the time

And look at them now

I can't even lie Arsenal is one of the greatest team names in sports history IMO, I can't be mad at that at all

I hate to admit it but If i'm honest Theater of Dreams is also one of the best nicknames for any field, stadium arena etc ever

Cool video, Armada

What a clutch goal. One of the purest strikers I've ever seen.

"I am delighted to be starting this new chapter in my United career," said De Gea.

Aw man. I wanted to see him playing for Real. United does suit de Gea.

So I take back a good amount of the Woody slander now ,definitely didn't think he'd be able to resign DDG. :smokin

Just saw some tweets. A guy said it's definitely sweet to see someone uses Real to get a better contract.

He can still end up there, just that Real has no choice but to pay up big now . This makes sense for all sides given that you've never heard of a player of DDG's class going to a huge club like Madrid for free...they always want to flaunt their financial muscle and now they'll have their chance again with DDG for hopefully a world record fee .

Now that's what you call checkmate :pimp:

Thibaut Courtois has undergone surgery to his right knee and José Mourinho, the Chelsea manager, has said that the goalkeeper will be out for “quite a long time”. The club intend to confirm the length of absence later on Friday but the early reports have put it at between 10 and 12 weeks.

Well, at least, we got a quality goalkeeper in Begovic.

-_-

Florentino smfh

This dumb ***. You don't hold out to get someone on a "free" unless you're positive that it'll happen.

Wow. Hopefully this is a catalyst for him getting the boot out of RM. **** is eventually gunna turn into a club of players that love what the club is about but resent upper management.

It really seems like dude is an egomaniac that likes to make everything about himself. It's hard to eclipse superstar talents but he tries finding annoying *** ways to do it. This is a backfire. Trying to flex on De Gea, but he and his agent weren't having it.

I wasn't going to read the he-said she-said type stuff from RM/Man U, but imo this is enough evidence that Florentino was at fault.

And don't give this win to Woodward. This is just Perez being a ****.

How would they go about getting rid of him though cause you are right, dude legit believes that he's more important to Real than the players . I'd love to see the look on his smug face right now  :smokin

Just came across this

@TeleFootball
Rafael Benítez (not Jose Mourinho or Ancelotti) is 'the best coach I’ve ever had', says Real Madrid president -

First slighting Ronnie with the Bale comments, the Sergio Ramos saga, the way Casillas was sent out, and now even trying to herb up players that might come to the team and be a superstar. All in less than 1 ****** year smh.

You know this **** isn't about money either because this dude has no problem drawing attention to himself breaking the bank. **** is classless.
