I think he might like living in Russia cause I'm sure he's plenty of opportunities to leave and deals with racism almost every game.

Like Chelsea - Man U hasn't been a great rivalry either...

I say we have a battle royal between all the Arsenal fans and Man U fans in the thread for his support.

Winner take all, its the only civilized way to do it.

this can also decide the Ox v.s Memphis "debate", two birds one stone.

I saw a number of 180,000 pounds a week a while ago. not sure how accurate. But he's 29 now, I don't see anyone bringing him to civilization anytime on those wages going to 30 next year.

Nah that ish is hella annoying and forced. Being overdramatic for no reason. I understood it too cuz my ex spoke portuguese and she would translate when we watched and eventually I picked it up

From your ex translating pundits commentary you were able to pick up a language?

Yup I don't see any elite clubs wanting to take those wages. To me he's just one of them dudes that just enjoy the life of a footballer instead of striving for greatness. He could of chose Chelsea? I think before he made the move to Zenit. Also don't think I've seen him play that great for Brazil in a serious competitive match that wasn't a friendly. He has one hell of a left foot but IMO he just lacked the drive to push himself to be a world class player he could of been.

Hulk is ok but not above average. He's like JR Smith in which he has great highlights. He has his moments where he Hulk smashes from a crazy distance and it makes you forget that for the whole game he tried to dribble through like 3 men and kept losing the ball. Was a non-factor during the last world cup and most of Brazil's serious games. That along with his ridiculous salary and he's staying at Zenit.

Obviously,I was talking about that in comparison to Chelsea - Arsenal which has been too one sided to be considered a true rivalry besides the manager fued :lol

Good matchup =/= rivalry

Arsenal/United wasn't even really considered a rivalry until the Wenger vs. SAF glory days

Regardless of how one sided it might seem, imo, the rivalry between chelsea and arsenal is far greater than chelsea v united.

The manager feud just adds fuel to the fire, but the rivalry has been there.

Spurs v arsenal is also a big rivalry between them and it's pretty one sided but no one says that it makes it less of what it actually is...

Not just good matchups but there's been bad blood and classic matches there

Fair enough. Just wish it was a bit less lob sided,Mou owns Wenger :lol

To be honest the main reason I tune into Chelsea-Arsenal matches is because theres a slight change Jose and Wenger could throw hands :lol jk.

These Madrid players giving no ***** about bad talking Rafa in the media. They don't respect that dude at all smh. Never had this problem with Carlo
post #8908 of 50776
Yea I was wondering what's been up because I've read negative comments from Benz and Ramos about his tactics this week laugh.gif. Thats on top of Ronnies apparent disillusionment with Rafa, this was all so predictable laugh.gif. They had a coach that everyone liked and respected yet decide to can him at the first chance presented...laugh.gifsick.gif. Now they have a coach that none of the stars respect or give a damn to give the appearance of respect for him laugh.gif
