i'm using the longshots for casual wear, and I swear the shoes are digging into both my achilles!

I tried looking to see of there are any solutions - are there?

thicker socks wouldn't help me, right now i'm just putting band-aids on where it's rubbing against my achilles and i don't wanna have to do that every time i wear them....

Since fanboy is a talking point right now, I typically only play basketball in Kobes, but bought the black/yellow Curry 1 and long shot 2. Going to wear one of them for the first time tonight to play pick up, but want to ask which is superior performance-wise?

I feel like the 1 is better

maybe hoop in them first to fully break in the upper

Buy some moleskin pads from cvs or Safeway and put them on the inside of the shoe in the spots that are chafing. I have the same issue from time to time with new shoes and seems to work for me

i'll try this... thanks!

I'll also try hooping in them too... LOL

But it does get better right??

I went to a UA Brand House product showcase in Baltimore a couple weeks ago. They showed us a lot of what is coming out this spring/summer. A lot of new shoes coming out in terms for training and running. We WILL have a USA Line due to the Olympics this summer.

This is a Curry 2 thread so here is what I saw (I can't tell you guys everything since some of the stuff has to be kept under wraps.):

-There will be a USA Curry 2 released this summer.

-They have showed us a prototype of a Curry 2.5. They will release during mid/late summer. (Can't really tell you what tech is implemented, but it does look a lot different than the 2s)

-They still have a ton of colors to release so you guys buckle up, there are some sick colors lined up (not much more I can tell you).

-They showed us the line up for the Curry 2 lows. They are underwhelming since I don't really like how the lows look.

Which is the "elite curry 2" color? The Black with gold UA logo?

They are dropping on 2-6, according to foot locker launch locator.

Elite and BHM not releasing on FNL. More Elites than BHM on FTL locator. Plan accordingly.

Kinda regret getting the floor generals, would trade em for the USA pair or cement grey

Where I live, I don't have any basketball shoe stores around try on or purchase so I researched this board and YouTube a lot before finally getting a chance to try some on and choose a new pair. I was happy to choose Curry 2's. The one thing I forgot to mention in the Vlog above is in regard to Nike HyperRev 2016. I was excited for this low profile, light shoe with Nike Zoom cushioning but literally could not get it on. I tried for at least 5 minutes. I wish the store would have had a shoe horn. Anyway, hope my review info is helpful and thank to this community from a lurker!
