Jesus, with this fake outrage about Sark and USC

Folks acting like he murdered or raped somebody
Michigan's former coach Gary Moeller got fired for basically the same thing.  His recruits are one of the major reasons why Michigan won the NC in 97.

Sark's lucky he got off scot free.

Would a high caliber coach like Nick saban or say urban Meyer let stuff like that happen? Even if it was ok'ed by the coaches. That team just lost 7 games last year. Any high caliber coach would have his team focused and these types of ideas wouldn't even pop into their heads.
Lol.

Picture day wasn't the reason your team went 6-7.

The "high caliber" coach is. And yes Urban would allow it.
Michigan will win 8-9 games this year.
And yikes. I hope you don't have money riding on that prediction.

You missed my point. After going 6-7 a high caliber coach wouldn't allow foolish ness like this to occur cause they'd be to focused on the season ahead. Urban would quit again if his team took pics like this after going 6-7

Moeller's incident was NOT "basically the same thing." It was nowhere close. Stop that.

Urban would quit because his team went 6-7 and he'd move on to the next place.

Al Golden is the problem. I think you're missing my point in that a high caliber coach probably wouldn't be too concerned with picture day because he'd be more focused on actual prep. Who cares if the players take silly photos?

No you're right, I forgot he punched a cop.  I remembered he got arrested for DC, but forgot that part.

GM still shouldn't have gotten fired, and Sark should have gotten more than some damn up downs.

-- Punched Southfield police officer Vincent Maviglia several times in the chest, prompting his arrest on charges of disorderly conduct and assault and battery of an officer. Moeller spent the night behind bars and was released on $200 bond the following morning, pending a later court appearance.

-- Repeatedly jabbed his fist and finger into the chest of the restaurant night manager who was trying to get Moeller, who police said was a regular at the restaurant, to switch from booze to coffee and take a cab home. Moeller also threw a lampshade at the manager, one witness reported.

-- Latched onto the sports jacket of a restaurant patron upset over the coach's boisterous behavior. The manager was able to break it up before it escalated.

-- Forced several officers to wrestle his arms behind his back so he could be placed in handcuffs at the time of his arrest.

Sark got drunk, slurred some words, and said "get ready to ******* fight on" before getting pulled off stage.

For what? All Sark did was yell out "... and get ready to fight the **** on!" at the end of his speech. People only realized he was drunk because of the way he slurred that and acted after. Several USC coaches (Orgeron and Paul Hackett included) have cursed at those functions. Sark was only an issue because of social media. And he didn't even do half the **** people on Twitter claimed happened.

Moeller harrassed several people in the restaurant, smashed glasses, groped a waitress, tried to fight another diner and the manager, called his wife a see you next tuesday in front of a bunch of witnesses, assaulted a cop, and then got himself arrested.

The idea that Sark should be disciplined for being drunk at a university sponsored open bar when Mora cursed the exact same way at a university bonfire just last year, Saban told media to kiss his ***, and Holgersen is banned from Las Vegas is laughable.

Jerry Kill on Minnesota's replacement at RB for David Cobb is senior Rodrick Williams Jr.:

“Rodrick’s a unique kid … a great kid … I mean, he can take an engine out of a car, and take one that doesn’t work, rebuild it, put it in his car. I don’t know how many engines he’s traded out of his car, but he’s good at that. I mean, on the weekends he works at a place … now his pet lizard, I haven’t figured out. If his mom knew that, which-- she’ll figure it out. He was walking his lizard, like a dog … it isn’t one of them small ones now, it’ll get up to about five feet, maybe.”

That actually sounds like a pretty normal Wednesday for me.

The cursing is not a big deal, the being noticeably drunk at a school sanctioned event is.  If that was a player who did that, they would have at least gotten a game.  Which is what Sark should have got for the incident.

You're on crack if you think Saban or Meyer would allow his players to do those fruity *** pics

And I wonder why Torrance Gibson isn't on the depth chart

The event had a sanctioned open bar at it. Everyone was drinking... I still fail to see what the "that" you think a player would be suspended for, is. Being over the age of 21 and drinking at an event the school provides the booze for?

It'd be like suspending someone for getting knocked up at an orgy.

I keep seeing people say if the roles were reversed the player would be suspended but what exactly for? Being drunk at a school function? What if said player was over 21 then what?

Doubtful, he wasn't even belligerent or out of control drunk.

People are hilarious...

"They should do this..."

"They should do that..."

He didn't get suspended because people that were there saw one thing and people who were not saw what was told to them... all there is out there is a :15 second clip of him saying "Fight the **** On!". Nothing else.

I thought this was old news.

But I digress, this is America, where everybody gets offended and everyone thinks their two cents are valuable.

Can the season start already, I think people are just bored out of their minds right now.

I definitely agree about people being and having nothing to talk about. The other day there was a post on the Michigan scout board about who would change their number NEXT year, John O'korn or Peppers because they both wear 5 and Peppers may have some snaps on offense eventually.
