Ordered these DS 13 grey toes from Shoepremacy

Just got my DS pair of grey toes but the right shoe has damage. What should I do? Try to return or swap? Is it possible to fix this?

Any suggestions would be great....

I've sent them emails, facebook messages and I got a response to send pictures which I did initially but haven't gotten any response.. It's been a couple days now...
 
Have you tried putting them on blast on social media? That usually grabs someone's attention. Best of luck bro! That's horrible customer service and there is absolutely no reason why they should not keep you in the loop.
 
Still no response from these guys.. Gonna try to brush on them tonight..

If youre trying to return them then dont go trying to fix it. It really shouldnt matter since youve documented they arrived damaged but just to be safe leave them be for now until the outcome os determined.

As a seller theyll prob refuse a return even more if for some reason that,spot gets worse when you try fixing it.


If they dont reply, file a claim, call your bank .. i guess you could bash em on social media but prob wont do anythinh
 
Just filed a dispute with my credit card company.. I'm sure they'll respnd to my emails now...

The dude running solesupremacy is a straight douche.

The same thing happened to me a few weeks ago and he basically told me "deal with it"

Please put that piece of __________ on blast.

He deserves all the karma coming to him.
 
Yea my friend has somewhat of a similar situation with solesupremacy as they are not good with responding back to emails and follow ups.  

Sorry to see about your DS grey toe 13s though.  I'd be really pissed if that happened to me for sure as I am pretty darn anal myself.  How did you pay?  Via paypal?  Just file a dispute saying shoes were not as described as clearly they are damaged and not in DS condition.   That should be sufficient to get your money back and return it without issue.
 
View media item 1681035I filed a dispute with my discover card, got an immediate refund until this is sorted out, transaction went through PayPal but I hate PayPal and rather deal with discover.. As soon as I messaged them on facebook saying I filed a dispute they finally responded saying I need to call the store and they don't check emails or facebook... What a load of bs as it clearly shows "seen" whenever they read my messages on facebook and what a surprise they only respond once the dispute was filed...

I'm gonna file a complaint with the BBB, they have a C- rating as it is.. And put them on blast on fb/twitter etc... All I asked for was to swap my pair since they have another size 10 of the same shoe.. Coulda been easily resolved but these idiots would rather get a bad rep instead of working with their customers

Good work on this.  Glad you got your refund and yes they really dont know how to conduct proper business.  Definitely put them on blast where possible.
