Without a doubt. A lot of research has shown that the kiddie **** isn't something that materializes outta nowhere. These sick ***** have been this way for years.
For Jared, things probably changed when he got some change in his pocket. Because in that pedo world where you're viewing or engaging with non-family members, money is everything. His fame and wealth gave him the ability to fully act on his deviant urges.
What I find most appalling is that some of the kids he'd watch were kids that he came in contact with through his charity work. Dude was probably scoping those kids out the whole time. Disgusting.

Although it ends up being blacks and latinos, it's really mostly about socio-economic class. The war on drugs has always been on the economically disadvantaged.
