NT's All Time NBA ReDraft Thread: GR8 Write Up Page 187, Bracket Final Vote

"At this point, we’ll dive into a statistic I’m coining the “one-man army factor,” or OMAF."

The things Chris Paul fanboys will create to fit their agenda. Saddest **** I've ever seen in my life.

*adds to signature*

The things haters like you do is even sadder, appreciate greatness.

i can name 3 pg's real quick with similar talent or less around them as CP that have gone further in the playoffs.

Literally burst out laughing at OMAF

When in doubt make up more pointless stats and abreviate them to sound smart.

Isiah has a way higher playoff SMUMUBSF btw

I wasn't going to pick cp0 no matter where he was.

You have to know the redraft audience by now and know certain players will get your team to be overlooked when it comes to the voting process for best team.

It's just the way it is

of course not in here. but there's 3 i'd rather have.

i just dont get the allure of chris paul anymore. guy isn't a winner or leader.

The allure is that he's the second best at his position ever.

Not a winner but win shares are second only to Lebron since he came into the L.

Yall dudes getting mad at #'s that prove all of you wrong and taking things out of context instead of being objective.

Kobe has the highest GOAT rating in the past 81 years :smokin

I can't put him at 2nd best ever. I can name 3 guys I saw that were better. I don't care about the numbers, those guys were winners.

Paul kinda lost me in that game 7 first quarter performance. He's a great talent but I don't think he's a clear cut #2 player at his position by any means

Really didn't want to get into a Chris Paul debate in this thread, but since you are continuing to post about it, I will give you my one response.

Most specifically to the bolded.....

Chris Paul fans always point to his numbers and say it proves some of us wrong.  Lets look at game 7 of the Rockets series where the Clips were eliminated.  Chris Paul had 26 points and 10 assists.  Great numbers right?  Numbers that prove us all wrong right?

CP had 3 huge turnovers early in that game that lead to the Rockets building a huge lead.  Once the Rockets went up big (where Chris did very little to this point), he started to become assertive and put up numbers.  11 of his 26 points and 7 of his 10 assists came after the Rockers were up by 20 points late in the second half.  Looking strictly at his numbers, he had a good game.  If you actually watched the game and saw how timid, uninterested, and pathetic he was for 3 quarters in a game 7, you would no longer be impressed by his overall numbers in that game.

Oh but 26 and 10 in an elimination game!  He puts up #s!!!!

^^^^

You pointed out 1 game, a game where the whole team played bad and he still was the best player.

Great job sir.

Undeniable fax B.

Chris Paul's one of the greatest PG's of the 2000's

but #2 all time? idk about that...

You're obsession with everyone that's playing now being the best is even more asinine than the CP0 assertion that he's even cracking the top 5 PGS ever.

Let me guess, the other PG's "won" more?

Because it definitely isn't about individual talent.

After they're picked I'll dive into this. But yea they could do anything Paul has done and did it when it mattered most.
