Really didn't want to get into a Chris Paul debate in this thread, but since you are continuing to post about it, I will give you my one response.
Most specifically to the bolded.....
Chris Paul fans always point to his numbers and say it proves some of us wrong. Lets look at game 7 of the Rockets series where the Clips were eliminated. Chris Paul had 26 points and 10 assists. Great numbers right? Numbers that prove us all wrong right?
CP had 3 huge turnovers early in that game that lead to the Rockets building a huge lead. Once the Rockets went up big (where Chris did very little to this point), he started to become assertive and put up numbers. 11 of his 26 points and 7 of his 10 assists came after the Rockers were up by 20 points late in the second half. Looking strictly at his numbers, he had a good game. If you actually watched the game and saw how timid, uninterested, and pathetic he was for 3 quarters in a game 7, you would no longer be impressed by his overall numbers in that game.
Oh but 26 and 10 in an elimination game! He puts up #s!!!!
Undeniable fax B.
Considering the circumstances in that game 7 he was the best player for them in that game. By a good margin too, and actually chopped the lead down. Without him they might've gotten smoked by 40.
