Steal of the draft with King Zinger in the 14th round :pimp:

I have a little bit of time, so I can type up on my picks.

Pippen - Happy as hell he was there at 17. One of the most versatile defenders in NBA history who could match up (depending on the lineup) with anyone 1-4. He was obviously Robin to Jordan's batman, but when Jordan was out in the 94-95 season, he proved that he was capable of leading a team. He could efficiently fill up the stat sheet on the offense end, and is everything you could dream of in a point-forward.

Sabonis - When healthy, he was regarded as one of the best centers to EVER play the game. He could do just about everything on the offensive end of the floor. Not to mention, his passing ability was second to none at the 5. Even as a shell of himself when he came to the NBA as a broken down athlete, he was still damn good. He did his thing in Europe, but it would have been cool as hell to see him compete in the NBA while in his prime.

Nance - Dude was a spider out there. You want to talk about an athletic, disruptive force on defense? Nance was it. He would try to block EVERYTHING on sight. Dude racked up plenty of accolades for his defense. He's another guy who I think would thrive in today's NBA. Nance could run the floor and score efficiently near the hoop and from mid-range (career 54% FG%). I think he's one of the most underrated players in this draft.

Jamison - Top 50 in NBA history in scoring. Who would have known? Dude got buckets. Simple as that. Near the hoop, mid-range, 3 ball, you name it. Jamison had that YMCA game that was hard to stop. He was the perfect complimentary player throughout his career as he still got his buckets while being 3rd/4th option or 6th man. On this particular squad, he's coming off the bench to provide an offensive spark.

Walker - Efficient scorer? Hell no! However, let's not dismiss the things he could do well such as rebounding and passing. He had a green light from the minute he set foot in Boston. He'd give you 25 points on 27 shots, but would also fill up the statsheet with close to double digit rebounds and a good number of assists. Now, I'd want a hard *** coach running this team to keep this dude in check to make sure he wasn't shooting this squad out of a game. Maybe have Jerry Sloan be a player/coach? Anyways, he's a great player to have coming off the bench.

Marbury - 20/8, 20/8, 20/8! That's all we heard for a minute regarding Marbury before he started taking shots of vaseline. In all seriousness, he was a hell of a PG in his prime. Exciting to watch due to his creativity passing and ability to score. What could have been had he stayed in Minnesota w/ KG?

Richmond - Dude was a hell of a shooter. Shot a nice percentage from just about everywhere on the floor. We all know about his scoring, but an underrated aspect of his game was his defense. He was an excellent perimeter defender and was a perfect fit for this squad.

Sloan - We all know he's a great coach. However, he made his mark in the NBA as a ridiculously tenacious defender. 6'6" SG, but has a career average of 7.4 rebounds. Goes to show he was sticking his nose in there on the defensive end of the floor.

Theus - Exactly what I was looking in a combo guard. 6'7" with excellent vision and could rebound with the best of them. In reading up on him, he's one of a few guys to rack up over 19k points and over 6k assists in a career. Great actor, too.

Dele - The definition of an enigma. Probably only played basketball because he was tall. It was evident that the NBA wasn't for him. He's one of those guys who you wonder if there was more passion for sport, where could his career have gone? He was a very good scorer, rebounder, and post defender. At the time of his pick, he looked like he'd be a viable backup to Sabonis.

Gill - I wanted some value with my last pick. Gill had a very productive career in the league where he did a little bit of everything from scoring, to rebounding, to passing. To me, it was a quality depth pick, and a guy who could play both SG and SF depending on the lineup. There's nothing wrong w/ versatility.

Tomjanovich - We know him as a championship winning coach and the man (unfortunately) on the wrong end of the Kermit Washington haymaker, but as a player...you're talking about a 5x all-star who played both forward positions very well. He's an all-time great with the Rockets and in the top-5 in franchise history for scoring.

Nicely done DJ's.

Everyone is free to write up their squad if they wish.

Also, owners have a vote too. Just can't vote for your own team. Top 3-5 teams, etc. I'll remind when this round is finished.

I have Addict4, and Senor picks in hand. Will go @Mike, Chester, and the top 10. Try to wrap this up.

Missed King Zing getting picked... Nicely done JRS  :pimp:

... Before KAT also :pimp:

EDIT: and when you post your team analysis please make sure you include every player's Career OMAF to make it easier on us judges.

I take SG/PG Nate McMillan

Been prayin he'd drop to me. Agonized passin on him last round.

Billups, Nate, Iggy, Manning, Zo late game defense

Billups, Scott, Ray Allen, Bird, LMA late game offense

Larry Hughes... Fantastic pick this late.

That one season he had with the Wiazards before he signed that deal with the Cavs, he was amazing. I remember he helped lead me to a Fantasy Basketball title that year. Might have been the first year I ever played fantasy basketball with my friends in Middle School.

Dude was a stat stuffer all across the board. Averaged well over 20 PPG on the season, shot it well from the field, put up solid rebounding/assist numbers and averaged like 3 steals a game.

Also... D-Lee is a ******* steal and a half.
