I tried to give one . Just reading ska's post and trying to figure it out. I'm probably wrong, though.

Skas lost all respect for me for not taking this player :\

I thought Jimmy butler was his kinda guy but I was wrong. :\
So you guys just magically realized who this mysterious guy with no hints out of 1000 NBA players is?
I've been PMed by 3 people with guesses.

They were all wrong, and that's all I've said to them, that they were wrong. They can all 3 vouch for my silence.

No hints. No "Same team, but no" or "Way off. Different era." They can all 3 vouch for that, too.

Why does it bother you, though? Dude ain't even that good, since P don't even know who it is. Right?

Omelette y'all cook.

Jesus Christ.
I wasn't insinuating that you gave them hints.
I was insinuating that the likely hood of them just guessing this person randomly with no hints was not very good.

As in...are you sure you can pick a random name with no one giving you hints and think you really nailed it?

I don't get your hostility towards me. These assumptions are not correct. :\

Tried to open up to you and give you a thorough reasoning behind my choices through PM... Was hoping it would make a difference :\

Man. Been going back and forth on this one for a while.

Since not many people know the body of work of Jerry Lucas, I need another big to show people what my team is like.

Debated between quite a few guys, but feel like I'll go for the most-well known player just to keep my team relevant.

In case you ask CP, he'll be on my bench.

You gotta be kidding me. Was not expecting someone to grab EB right before me.

His '05-'06 season was monstrous and hugely underrated. 25 & 10 with solid defense and he did it on a winning team that year.

Now...

Those that chose Wiggins, Jamison, KIKI VANDEWEGHE, TONI KUKOC, DEMARCUS COUSINS with Elton Brand:

HOW?

A simple "Just wasn't thinking about him" will suffice.

Don't even try to justify it.

Easy to see why brand got overlooked.

1. Brand played in a stacked era for PF's
2. Brand played for the sterling irrelevant clippers.
3. Achillies injury turned him into a stiff and thats all anyone can remember.
4. Brand was a guy who was good at lots of things but without one elite eye popping skill memorable skill.
Man pls Boogie > Brand
Well that's false.

I would think that to basketball heads, though, "Good at lots of things" would have trumped "without one eye popping skill" by now.
