When I was up in NY last year I did walk down some streets and it stunk of garbage and dead rats lol. But that wasn't all or even most of them.
If dude was actually helping people it's hard for me to knock him. Though, prescribing medication when you aren't trained in it seems crazy.

good for you that you have gone to other places. traveling is one of the essences of life. i feel that if you want to be a more complete person you have to be a citizen of the world not a city.
im not trying to talk down like you putting im just pointing out what i experienced when i went there. nyc is cool to visit but IMO not to actually live there for life. and it's funny how you say im insecure yet, it's always nyc people claiming it's the best as soon as someone mentions another city. every city has it's pros and cons. it really seems like all the pros far out weigh the cons. which is hardly the case with anything. most, if not all the time, you have to take the bad with the good.
and good way of pointing out your bias opinion of nyc by not even caring where people are from, as if they have nothing to offer. your homerism really shows.

Been to LA and SF a few times and going back later this year NYC>>>>>>SF>>>>>LA and it's not even close. Same goes for NY....who you think gentrified BK?....out of town college kids, that once they graduated settled in the closest thing to NYC, Brooklyn....I grew up in NYC and I would love to move out to Seattle....people always looking for change.
Is a fact that NYC is one of the greatest cities on earth tho and definitely the most diverse....you won't find nearly as many cultures clustered together in the same city anywhere else, that alone makes NY >>>>>
