People really take that much offense to someone questioning their sneakers, someone not from "their" hood? Seems like that aggression could be used in a more constructive manner.

There were a couple of these type of videos that received backlash from feminists and the "pranksters"/actors admitted they were paid for the reactions.
Like the "drunk girl social experiment" one where guys were paid to act like they were going to take advantage of her. There was another one with some guy who slapped girls butts or something who got backlash from feminists and ended up admitting that they were paid for their reaction.
All of these seem blatantly fake to me.

I am just old now, but I don't see the seriousness of someone questioning your shoes as being at the level to make it justified to resort to physical violence in response.
