From what I know and have seen it depends on your age the most and your rank. A older G is not going to get upon to go ridin. For example should there be a meeting when someone gets killed/incarcerated he will be there if he's around.

I only grew up around Mexican gangs and even then that hat crap was a problem. Would have people jumping out of cars asking so and so and I'd just be like well dam rip

you can wear whatever hat or color you want in 90% of LA. The remaining 10% are not places you would visit anyway unless you have family there :lol: I've worn 75% of the hats posted in here when I used to hit up LA a lot during college (I used to wear them cause I couldn't dress back then and they went with my fits)

I was 16 and my main goal was to see the hood. I wanna see the environment and people that grew up like me, not just the skyscrapers and nice restaurants. When I just wnt to the Bahamas I paid a cab driver to drive thru the ghetto, I like to see those areas when I travel, not chill in em just ride thru.

comptonprince comptonprince they try to sell u everything from weed to Cuban cigars. Dudes was cool as hell tho, I rented a scooter and went back and them dudes real accepting but then I stepped to them right. Introduced myself and told em where I'm from and they put me onto this Lil bar that had 4 shots n 4 beers for 10 bucks. **** looked 1000x better than the ghettos where I'm from still the hood tho.

They all got the same mouth or some **** like they teeth or something, nothing like what I saw on TV. Them bodies be legit tho but 90% of em were ugly with bodies.

I'm telling u tho b, south american countries is where its at. Our cruise had majority of them outside of people from our country and lawd they were cold blooded. I need to learn Spanish or whatever they speak b I was in love. I saw the baddest ***** I've ever seen and she was 18.

i was lucky enough to live in alot of places in my life. 

the influence of cali gangs has spread like wild fire thru the years. 

im originally from ny, the 90's was the era of the introdction of UBN. 

if you had homies in rikers you hear the same story all the time.

kings, netas, and solids had it shaking on the island. 

UBN was created for the sole fact that morenos couldnt live. 

the beef got squashed, ubn was running with ricans after. 

as far as mak having legit ties to even start the set is beyond my knowledge.

once the structure died out with most gangs it was hell in the city. 

you had blood vs blood, and everyone else in between going at it with their own people

crip sets wernt around till later in the 00's

emulation of LA gang culuture is 100% apperent, you dont even have to catch a plane to see it.

dipset was claiming 9-3, once that certified gangster **** came out it was like that was the Gpass all these little ******* needed.

everyone was claiming west ties.

it has been glorified, it resonates with all hoods alike. your already in a set when youre with the homies.

label it and put together a uniform and mob out. 

get a little money doin w.e meets the needs and its all good.

There's a difference between being an active gang banger and being from the set. After you've put your time in you get your pass to do you. I work full time and just started school again to finish getting my AA but all the young ones know what time it is when they see me.
