Yea I think very highly of Bill Burr, great comedian and his insight is spot on. Def check out some of his soundbites off his podcast on YouTube, quality stuff on there. And that Philly incident was straight ether.

I don't know about specials but he's mentioned it on his podcast and whenever he has her on the podcast with him it's obvious she's black( not that she speaks bad or anything but it's pretty easy to tell from voices)

i use lotion, but no on my sides (no jokes please) but hearing him say that made me realize these michigan winters be having me itchy on my sides...cause skin was dry.
