Bryson Tiller Thread (T R A P S O U L)

He did 22,000?! Wow. That's alot for someone who is brand new. I'm surprised people actually went out and purchases "TRAPSOUL".
 
He's brand new to the masses, but he had a small following from his Killer Instinct mixtape from a while back.

Listened to this project and while this is a good project.... He sounds like PND and Drizzy, too much. The way Drake has influence the current sound is crazy and should be accredited. Bryson should find his own sound and lane cause the kid has talent.

I disagree that he sounds like PND. IMO they sound nothing alike nor do they have anywhere near the same lyrical content. PND's general cadence and delivery are vastly different

Drake is an influence, I don't think Tiller is stealing a sound or lane though.. When Drake sings it isn't anything like Tiller's tracks. Kanye shrug

he doesnt sound just like him , but to say he doesnt sound heavily pnd influenced is denial to me

production , subject matter , vocal style , flow pattern ect. sounds very pnd to me . almost to the point that id argue if pnd didnt exist , this vibe he has probably wouldnt either .

with that being said , i like a couple jaws

When has PND ever made songs like the ones you listed though

OVO influenced no doubt but they are completely different artists. Tiller is much more "poppy" than PND

honestly people just want to compare new cats against someone else. just like how every artist out of toronto is automatically trying to be drake. in fact... every singer-rapper is trying to be drake in those peoples eyes.
