i think if we were to compare bryson tiller's wave to any wave, it would be more of the tory lanez type joint, when he raps, he raps hard as hell, but he can also sing his *** off.

I think Roy Woods is more PND than Tiller. Woods also touches on Tiller and Lanez as well
PND doesn't rap like Tiller and Lanez do..
Like dude said above me Tiller and Lanez are very similar both in content, style and delivery

The Tiller comparison to PND does not come from the singing or rapping. It comes from the ad libs and musical selection.

i dont **** with roy woods at all. cant stand his voice. and tory lanez is already ahead of tiller. neither artist has dropped an album tho. both gonna be the next biggest things in that rnb/rap lane

My favorite Tiller tracks: Don't, For However Long, Difference, Right my Wrongs, Exchange are tracks PND would never do so maybe that's why I feel strongly that they are not similar
Tiller reminds me more of a Chris Brown type artist than PND

Agree with your last point, I think Lanez is definitely on his way to blowing up along with Tiller. I like them equally as artists

I like maybe half of his EP, but I don't quite like his voice either. It almost doesn't sound like he's actually singing to me if that makes sense.
Most of the time it sounds like he's talking in a higher pitch while occasionally doing his best Michael Jackson impression to me. I'm not quite convinced that son can actually hit more than a few notes and just holds the few that he is able to well.

tiller is the better lyricist as he speaks to things more relatable than tory does. however, tory is more versatile. i think singing goes to tory by a hair only because he has shown more range. tory has done whole songs in falsetto, whereas tiller seems to always be in the same range.. which isnt necessarily a bad thing. beats are even. rapping? tory. tory spitting is absolutely disgusting. tiller spitting is good enough. off those factors, i put tory ahead of tiller. HOWEVER, it also gives tiller points that this is his FIRST project, and to be this solid is EXTREMELY impressive and shows a high ceiling
u must not have heard any of his actual mixtapes. dude is fire. and his first single is huge, but theyre doing a TERRIBLE job promoting it. it should be all over radio already. tory got some connections but nobody is pushing him. not even his label. and its not like hes collabing with all the hot artists either.Tory lanez been around few years with his connection & work with other artists he should be further along

I hear lil bits and pieces of his stuff here and there but I'm never impressed. His voice sounds weird IMO. But yeah someone list some of his best songs. Cuz everyone talks about this guy like he's the goat
And I've been seeing him put his foot in his mouth lately as well saying dumb ****

saying this sounds like SFG, when drake wasnt even on this wave back then is nonsensical. this is coming from someone who got SFG probably 2 minutes after it came out. literally. a big group of us (drakes fans before he became DRAKE) stayed up all night on his site and had to wait till like 8am cuz 40 was in a hotel and couldnt finalize the mix and upload it cuz the internet was bad. projects are not alike.
