Down the road ain't promised for TJ
Definitely not. I do hope Philly let's Simmons try PG at some point. It'll be frustrating watching him just float around on offense while someone else facilitates knowing that Simmons can do it as good or better

Everything philly has said has been Ben being a point forward. Bayless will probably end up starting anyways

I think Simmons will work in tandem with whoever is the "PG" on the floor at the time. Whether it be Bayless or Rodriguez.

I forgot the 6ers brought in Sergio.

Bayless
Sergio
Simmons

Yeah you gotta let TJ cook. He's out there playing for his livelihood

Someone school me on Chasson Randle :nerd:

Just put up 24-5-5-6 on 8/15 shooting (6/9 from 3)

Damn Sixers.....really giving resting days to Simmons, Timothe, Holmes and McConnell already? I understand Simmons, but get the other guys some experience at least.

Lyles ready.

Jesus how talented was that UK team? :x

KAT is already looking like he could be a historical player, Booker is going to be an All Star at some point, and WCS/Lyles will both have 10+ year careers barring injury.

Amazing.

Harrison Twins still dead trash though.

you know the difference between rookies and players trying to make the roster vs 2nd and 3rd year player?

They don't miss uncontested shots. Shooting and decision making percentage is so much higher.

Guys like Trey Lyles are the future elite role players.

As switching gets more popular you need guys who don't just stretch defenses, but can play both big and small roles given the matchup.

I'll settle for league average 3 point shooting or slightly below if I can get a big with a credible post game, and toughness on the offensive glass to punish switches.

The Celtics literally had nobody to match up with Lyles last night. Tallest player on the Celts team is Yabusele at 6'8 and the person who would probably be their best defender (Brown) was out. 6'10 Lyles had 6'6 James Young on him most of the game. He was very impressive though. Knew that he had a huge mismatch and took advantage of it all game...

Are Simmons and Timothe playing tonight for the Sixers? :nerd:
Jaylen Brown for Boston?
