The NBA Draft Thread

Sixers still have the Kings 2019 and either their 18 or 19 still

This is a great trade and will do good for Boston too when they use them to get Butler or PG

Honestly what the hell are we gonna do with MORE rookies while already having potentially Fultz, Embiid, Ben, Dario, Furkan, TLC, Holmes, Okafor, Covington, Justin Anderson, etc all still young. This is a guy who people have said might be one of the top shooting guard prospects of the last 20 years. He's worth going all in for to complete this part of The Process.

Part of me thinks the 76ers should call the Celtics bluff. They clearly are in on Jackson at this point because even if the C's were trading the pick afterwards that's who you would take at 3. If you're the Sixers, you make the Celtics take the guy that Boston truly wants at # 1. Lakers take Fultz at 2. Sixers end up with Ball at 3, and save 2 picks for something else.

Nah

I'm good with swapping picks with them this year, trading the Lakers or our pick next year plus giving them our pick in 2019. If you have a chance to grab a guy that you think could be a superstar to go alongside of your other two potential superstars that are all 23 and under then you do it.

Danny Ainge is going to regret this so bad

Exactly. It's not even a question.

You right, but.....by that same logic they could have used those pics for a vet....

M

Worth it. Philly legit has enough youth/talent. 3 #1 picks with all superstar talent. It's time

Y'all throw the word superstar around to willy nilly. Can we wait until the other two guys actually play the majority of a season first?
