Having a bad day, then doing something nice to make somebody else's day. That look someone gives you when theyre overjoyed because someone who didnt have to went outta their way to help, can really change your whole attitude and put things into perspective.

Its an awesome feeling, and doing it when you have a bad day can really take your psyche 0-100 real quick

And although I hate when they mess up my hours....

But retro-pay is DOPE!

Couple weeks ago, they shorted me my 36 hours off overtime for the pay period.

The retroed it to the next paycheck, giving me 72 hours of overtime pay.

i don't know much about skateboarding can somebody explain what happen, he was doing pretty simple tricks ( compare to what i have seem). i guess his didnt fall during his run made it impressive? if that the case why dont more skaters do this. seeing that i know most can pull a kick flips and grind and what not.
