Same thing happen with Nick Young in 2013 he ended up having to settle out of court with the chick bout a month ago ...

Derrick Rose is being sued by a woman who claims the NBA superstar and two of his friends drugged and gang raped her.
The woman, identified only as Jane Doe, says she and Rose dated from 2011 to 2013. During that time, Rose allegedly tried to pressure her to masturbate in front of him, allow him to have sex with her friends and engage in group sex with strangers, all of which she says she refused.
Rose's accuser says the two continued to date until August 2013, when Rose and two friends, Ryan Allen and Randall Hampton (who is also Rose's personal manager), invited her to Rose's Beverly Hills house. She says there, they slipped a drug into her drink with the aim of raping her.
The plaintiff says she escaped the house with a friend, but later that night, Rose and his friends broke into her apartment and gang raped her while she was incapacitated. She says she remembers only "flashes" of the incident, but can remember the defendants forcibly raping her.
She claims she waited for two years to file the suit because she was "ashamed and embarrassed" of what happened and concerned her "conservative family" would find out.
She wants unspecified damages.
We've reached out to an attorney for Rose, but so far ... no word back.

I don't like downplaying allegations of rape, but I'm supposed to believe this cat broke into her crib to rape her? I guess anything is possible, but I find this hard to believe.

And wouldn't one seek for charges to be filed against a rapist instead of seeking "unspecified damages"???

Not these days these chicks wanna get paid, and Rose will prbly pay to make her go away same way Nick Young just did...
 
If true then throw his *** in jail...........

But suing for unspecified damages? My inner cynic tells me she just wants a payday
 
While it seems like this woman is moreso out for a payday than anything, its crazy how both Derrick Rose and Patrick Kane, 2 of Chicago's most popular athletes are getting rape accusations right around the same time and all.

What is crazier is the support and response Patrick Kane is getting. The same people that were condemning Jameis Winston, are now defending Kane.

You know how many of his endorsers have distanced themselves form him? It's been a VERY rough year for the NHL (off ice).

I mean as far as the ESPN comments from fans, and media coverage. There is a lot f "wait and see", while with Jameis, he was guilty from the jump.

We all know why, but for argument's sake, Jameis is a knucklehead and played for Florida St. if he played elsewhere, probably wouldn't have gotten so much flack.

Yeah I get that side. For arguments sake. It's just funny to me though.

I saw some comments defending Kane assaulting a cab driver, saying that **** happens sometimes and is no idictment on Kane's character.

The same people saying that will obliterate Jameis' character and call him a knucklehead/thug because he stole crab legs, and yelled out a meme :rofl:
 
What is the difference between coming forward right after the crime and reporting it, than waiting years ? If it's embarassment that worries her then she should feel more embarassed. Think about it.
