I was searching for a PONY thread but noticed there wasn't one so I decided to start my first thread the official PONY thread.

"Pony is an American brand of footwear and other clothing. Founded in 1972 on Madison Avenue in New York Pony was created by industry veteran Roberto Muller, along with financing provided by adidas Chairman Horst Dassler. Pony became one of the top athletic brands worldwide. By the mid-1980s, Pony's sales volume reached US$800 million. The Pony brand has been worn by championship athletes in every major sport, including the World Cup, NFL Super Bowl, MLB World Series and the NBA championship." - wikipedia

PONY M-110 in high quality leather, I'm guessing its the same material used on the RF x PONY M-110

more PONY shoes here http://productofnewyork.com/shop.html

My RF m110s are mad nice, always felt people slept on those.  These are sick too- the only difference is the RF had python on it (and was bright red) and this one is just straight black leather.

He had a friends and family black m110 but they had an air trainer style forefoot strap on them.  These are closer to those...

Yeah I saw the friends and family RF M-110 I wasn't a fan and I don't even like most of RF's collabs I think they are all hype and no heat. I'm happy to see PONY making a comeback though.

I loved his m110- and i also am not huge on ronnie.  I own a few of his collabs...but it's not the ones most people like (i thought tokyo sakuras were amazing, and most of the hypebeasts didn't care about those).  I like his apparel more than his sneakers, too.

If these are the same materials though, I own like 60 pairs of kicks and the best leather on any of them is on that Pony.  These are gonna be solid, and they'll probably go on sale too.  Good value hear, love me some Pony.  So underrated.

those black glove leather joints might be the move since i can't get the f&f RF joints in my hands

Snagged these M100's for $35 shipped from Amazon the other day.  I can't believe how badly these shoes are slept on, they are very comfortable and the quality is on point too.  I'm all about the lesser known brands and these were an absolute steal at that price.  I'm going to be ordering more colorways in this model for sure!

I've picked up a few of these PONY lows in white and black at various Burlingtons for 20$ and they are really good quality and very comfortable.

Nice!  I'll have to check my local Burlington and see if they happen to have any.  These M100s from the "Wool" pack were my latest PONY pick up.

M100's are dope and mad underrated, now if we could just get M110's for that price!!

Just saw PONY Topstar ox suede's in Royal Blue, Navy Blue, Beige and Grey all for 20$ in various sizes at Marshall's in Edgewater, NJ.  YMMV

Too true man, I have 3 pairs and I'm always looking for more, I love them.  And I'd love to snag a pair of M110s for a good deal, they're very hard to come by though.

I remember being made fun of rockin PONY's when I was little. Coming from a poor family and not being able to afford Nikes, PONY was the way to go. Wouldn't mind grabbing another pair to wear today.

Growing up in the 1980's NYC, I remember PONY being cool .. nowhere near as cool as Adidas superstars but still ok.  Being poor, we couldn't even afford PONY's.  Seeing them pop up in Marshalls or Burlington's for 20$ is depressing but I'm glad I can get a bunch of them.

I just stumbled upon a surprise while looking for something else. Last Thursday PONY dropped retros of their 1988 M-100 basketball sneaker in a white/red low ($115 USD) and a white/brown high ($130 USD):

I'm guessing the catalyst for this was their retro of the M-100 in white/gold high ($240 USD!!!) that quietly dropped this past December in celebration of the brand's 50th anniversary.
