for the record, condolences to his wife and kids. they must be going through some horrible times. unless there's evidence that this guy directly harmed others for no good reason, only an idiot would take pleasure in his death.

It hits close to home. I live about 30'ish minutes away from that area, but I have friends there and my brother worked a project over there for close to 2 years.

I live like 10 min away from the where the shooting took place(hope thats good enough lol) and shhh was crazy last night. Apparently the guy snuck behind him and emptied the clip and then just went back home :smh: .(shooter lives in the area as well)Growing here its always been surburbia so its pretty shocking like this something would happen in cypress/katy.

Sucks for cops family...and sucks for the community if he was actually good, honest, not bigoted police... Chances of that are slim.
 
Those cops/sheriffs may be in full "take back the streets" mode this coming holiday weekend. Stay safe out there.
