Great job down the stretch by Fish to keep Calderon on the bench. Have to think Wall would've been a much bigger factor here down the stretch without Galloway on him

That's why you build a team with skill players that play D. Cause in the big moments, they can make plays and don't freak out. Love the composure. Great win!

Galloway needs to start over Calderon if Fish ain't gonna give young Jerian a "starting chance."  It's quite clear how we're picking up leads in games, and whose has been the speed-engine to get us those leads.........and young Langston fits that bill

what Fish did tonight was alright..

kept the chemistry of the 2nd unit but played Gallo over Calderon down the stretch. doesn't really matter who starts, it matters who gets more minutes

I think that NT Team NYK collectively owes our sincerest apologies to Langston Galloway.

Dude came out of nowhere in Vegas last year to turn some heads, then he was the only one who gave half a **** last season after working his way up from Westchester to become this team's best player.

Understandably, nobody wanted to give him as much credit for that as he probably deserved because of how much of a trainwreck last season was combined with the fact that Dolan/MSG tried to hype up the "Langston Galloway story" like it was somehow inspiring enough to make up for the 17 win season.

Coming into this season, MANY of us, including myself, thought that last year was a fluke and being a product of a terrible team. During the summer league this year many of us were tearing him apart to shreds about ever little thing. Some in here even went as far to say that the Knicks should cut him altogether.

But this kid continues to work his *** off. He never takes a play off on defense, improved his all around offensive game, has even take on sort of a leadership role in helping Grant along the entire way despite Grant being drafted to take his spot, and the kid has ice water in his veins.

Dont wanna take away from Melo. That was EXACTLY the kind of game I hope to see from Carmelo this season all around. Great shooting and all around offensive play, solid defense, and clutch shooting. Especially hitting the clutch shot right in face of ******* Jared "Melo is the most overrated player in the NBA" Dudley. Thats what I LOVE to see.

But I wanted to take a post to acknowledge Langston Galloway and all that he has done during his short stint on this team. Especially all the criticism I have seen in this thread about him, and I am FAR from absolving myself from guilt in all that. I thought he was gonna fall off and be a really annoying part of the team this season.

But He really does have a great story and seems to have a little of that John Starks work ethic. This dude is forreal. He may not be a superstar but he can clearly ball. He more than belongs in this league and I am excited to see how he develops as a player moving forward. He has the chance to be a player who really resonates with our fanbase.

So, to you, Langton Galloway

GR8 W fellas! Still a LONG way to go. But take a night to enjoy what we just saw. Happy, HAPPY Halloween.

Sorry for doubting you Gallo... For now. But I would like to give a huge shout out to Phil for putting together a TEAM!

That was such a Knicks win. It was shaping up to be a Melo W but then all that ******* at the end made it a Knicks win

Melo came through in the clutch, Wiz messed up in the end. Galloway's 3 sealed it :smokin

I wasn't sold on Gallo and still aint completely but this season seems to be the one where he's going to prove himself to everybody.
