I'd be irate if some dude who been out the league gets the nod over a healthy me.

The backcourt should be quite a bit better once he knocks the rust off.
 
i think sasha starts off pretty well, but should probably have his playing time limited once the late 3rd qtr comes around. he can distribute the ball pretty well when not chucking the ball late in the game (and when he's a little tired)

hopefully affalo works well with the team. should be fun to see how he integrates
 
Damn that it's for Early though. Unless someone gets hurt. Uncle Derek would rather roll with Sasha.

anyone know if he's on a minutes restriction?
 
honestly i didn't see cleanthony do much when give the chance. he had a few shots here and there, but hasn't developed his identity within the team
 
Anybody think Carmelo Anthony should be traded for a few solid players?

I think he's a superb scorer but his defense sort of lacks. What good is personally scoring 25 points if you're giving the other team 25 points back? IDK.

It's good to be cautious considering we came into that Raptors game with the entire thread saying we'd lose :rofl: like we didn't smack the Bucks.

Hoping Affalo gives us a great showing tonight, we ready to go!

unless we get a superstar in return like boogie or westbrook trading melo would be pointless.. and ya it would be dumb to have a team full of all role players look at the hawks in the playoffs... you need at least 1 superstar to win and sometimes thats not good enough... pistons in 04 were the only exception... but anyway kinda hyped arron is back :pimp:
 
Melo ain't a superstar anymore b, still a star tho. If he gave more of a **** he'd be superstar status.

that's why his shot has been off. instead of exerting 80% of his energy on offense it's closer to a 50/50 split now.

interested to see how we start tonight after a hard fought game last night

Always talking down on Melo but guarantee if he was to leave NY he'll get more respect and whatever team gets him would be ecstatic!

On another note regarding negative talk...I talked mad smack about the Hornets this season :lol:
Now their offense kinda clicking on all cylinders anddddddd I hope it doesn't come back to bite me tonight. So if we lose blame it on me :rolleyes
