Maybe everybody looking to Phil to lead us out of the funk we in but the rest of people are not challenging him or taking charge....basically, everybodys putting the franchise in their hand...but at the same time they are in positions of power and they aren't trying to help or challenge Phil

Honestly its understandable to be nervous. Phil been going from left to right to varying degrees....that shows a trend.

Can't blame anyone for wondering because it still seems like there is a rift between what everyone involved wants and that isn't something that should be happening still, even after 1.5 years.

KIM this is Phils first exec position. His legend preceeded him but he's figuring this out as he goes along. I never drank the kool aid but was willing to see what he could do. Once Kobe gets a coaching interview I'm done with him.
