So i was bored at work and I stumbled on to the subreddit r/niceguys. Essentially a sub of people attacking the whole "friendzone" concept. I''ve been in a relationship for awhile now and even before that I never really had any issues with the friendzone for the most part. But i find it hilarious that a lot of guys I know who complain about girls and complain about the friendzone have the worst social skills. Just curious about how others feel about the friendzone and their experiences being friendzoned.

This is what I tell these **** man , If you're not interested in me it means you're not interested in a guy who has mad handles, who is intellectual, cool, athletic/in shape, successful, ambitious, going places in life, not bad looking , respectful, protective, strong when needed, sensitive when needed, expressive, self confident, and can deal with diversity.

man tell a girl how you feel it should be and if she does not agree then move on.  

the problem with the friendzone cats is that they think these broads are some amazing broad that they can't see themselves without.

when you been around you will realize all the broads got good qualities and bad qualities just like everyone else. no one is really that special. you just click with some chicks more than others but how will you know if you worried about some broad thats not worried about you?

also a chick who is your friend is not going to be that same chick as your girlfriend.

stop putting these broads on a pedastal.  get your nuts back and go flourish with as many broads as you can before its too late.

Also sum chicks aren't straight up mean like that.

If they not feelin you they might put u in dat zone as opposed to saying
"I don't like you....i dont wanna play with your silly drone :lol: "
 
^this.  thats why you gotta be upfront and just ask them what the deal is. most girls, if they are your friend, aren't going to want to hurt your beta feelings.

friendzone is a myth. Treat her real nice, and cater to all her needs and you'll win her over.

I saw some things posted on tumblr basically saying the friendzone was created by guys because they couldn't handle their female friends not wanting to sleep with them. I know the feeling, wanted to bang my hot bestfriend but she didn't feel the same way.

One of the few instances where Tumblr groupthink was correct.

Anyone over the age of 16 still using the term "friendzoned" needs to re-evaluate their entire life.

I'm absolutely terrible with women, but I can't say I was ever in the friend zone.

If I liked a girl that I was friends or acquaintances with, I at least asked her out. To me that's not the friendzone, that's just a girl you failed to pull.

Dudes be thinking they can friend their way into the panties, which is doable if she's attracted to you. But more than likely, she will have already offered the P, or won't be willing to offer it until years later and you don't even want it anymore.

Also, if an attractive woman is a good friend (not a leech), that's a good thing. Maybe she can hook you up with one of her homies, or help you bag in the club. As I've gotten older I actually miss having attractive female friends. Once they hit 27-28, most women ain't trying to make new male friends, so appreciate the ones you have.
 
Ive been to the amigo area man.

Its not a fun place ill tell you that.

Its like when you was in middle school and they was hoopin at recess.
Dwayne and ron were the best players so they picked squads
but they aint pick you.....then ron says
"youll play the next game man" and youre like " tru...tru 8)
So youre standing there on the sidelines watchin em play...dribblin the ball they aint want cuz the channels were too wide.......and occasionally they would lose the ball outta bounds really far and youd be like "i got it" ...then run and get it...give a firm chest pass back.
Then when the game was over youd be all excited....tap tap pull ya sneakers....stretch a little....then the teacher would blow the whistle and recess was over.

Then dwaynes like "awww damn ima pick you first tomorrow dog...were gonna run these cats" and youre like "hell yea man"

But he never picks you...and everyday you show up...retrieving the loose balls....showin em ya little dribblin skills.....but everytime its your turn to play the game recess is over.
