Lexus are comfortable, but theyre just boring as hell. Mercedes arent any better, They're not fun to drive although most of them handle pretty good. beamers are fun to drive but beamer drivers are straight deuchebags i swear they're always driving in the middle of the lines of the lane and they always cut over without signaling, im starting to think beamers dont come with signal lights. Its always some a**hole looking dude with a beard and shades on. Cant speak on audis, I drive a CLK320 btw.

Same here. Welcome to the club. :smokin

That steering wheel feels so damn smooth.

I just want the type of rims you got. Not a fan of the 7 spoke rims. I wanna keep the clean look but I have a feeling if I do switch up I'll end up with some Vossens.

I'm pretty sure theres a few sets of the Fan-style 18s floating around out there.  Some pop up on eBay every now and then

The pearlescent white paint did it for me.  Joint looks so beautiful, especially at night.  Definitely turns heads uptown on club nights when the city lights reflect off it

 .

Im going to cop some whiter bulbs for the DRL/High-beams, then im done mod-wise.  Keeping this baby clean and stock

Had an integra GSR and ended up upgrading to this

It was a great cruiser car while I had it.  Loved all the Luxury features and the styling was beautiful.  Got a lot of compliments.

But i wasn't too impressed with the driving experience.  Definitely wasn't inspiring.

Ended up selling her.  Here's what I drive now.

6-Speed

Im switching back to summer tires on my GS.  I got some all-season Driveguards, but they ride toooooo smooth.  Lost all road feel.  The summer performance tires felt super sporty.  Right now my joint feels floaty....drives like a Lexus lol

I've been looking at the GS's as a possible next car but I have the same thoughts as you. It looks good on the outside and its reliable but the interior is kind of bland compared to it's german counterparts and I won't get that "kick" driving experience like a german car

I saved up a year to buy the GS and i can tell you that after 6 months I got really bored of it already.

The driving experience between the Lexus and Audi are like night and day.  The responsiveness in throttle, precision in steering, everything is so much more enjoyable in my Audi.  I enjoy driving my Audi much more than i did in my Lexus.

I would assume BMW would be the same too.  I know everyone talks about reliability but I luckily have a Tacoma as a daily driver so i don't put massive miles on my Audi.

can someone explain the "soul" thing that BMW, Audi, and Merc drivers talk about with their vehicles, as compared to with Lexus, Infiniti, and Accura

?

I dont have many nice things so I wouldnt know the difference considering ive never sat in any of the vehicles i mentioned...

I'm assuming they're referring to the driving experience and road feel of the cars.

Driving a Lex feels like driving on a cloud or a mobile sofa. Incredibly cozy but some drivers prefer to feel engaged when they're on the road.

Lexus has been attempting to shed that label with their F series which I've heard good things about but still does not match up with it's competition.

"Soul" is a completely subjective measure. I think an old Nova with a gutless 6cyl, 3 speed automatic, rusty body panels and blankets over the seats has more "Soul" than most cars on the road, but I'm sure many would disagree. When most people talk about "Soul" they're referring to road feel and connectivity to the car. It's ironic so many people say BMWs have soul considering most sold are automatics, they all use drive by wire and usually have soft, numb suspensions because that's what most people want out of a daily driver.
