Lexus is the best car brand, period.

I love the styling of the LC. Looks very nice. Exactly the step we need cars to be transitioning towards. Only thing I don't really like are the rear teardrops but still nice nonetheless. This, along with all new Lexus styling isn't for everyone.

Visited South Florida this past weekend. New RX Central. Seemed to be a new one on every block. One thing I didn't like was that at first I couldn't differentiate from the NX.

6 series front headlights was destined to get outdated out the gate, it just LOOKS old. Not enough curves, but everything about the car is gorgeous. White gran coupe with black rins and a black roof. Disgusting. That interior too. :pimp:

The 6 came out in 2012 so we're definitely watching it head out. I do love the headlights tho, with the corona LED's.

The LC500 is clean but I don't know why Lexus is struggling to put out a proper sportscar. They are losing market share year after year to BMW.

Put out a proper F-model with a twin clutch gearbox, and give us a motor that hasn't been recycled since 2008. At least have your cars be a decent competition to bmw M and not just completely overlooked....

My homie copped annRC-F, blue with the red gurs and the only reason he copped was cause everyone else had M's and AMG's already.

Outside of not being a Benz or Beamer, are the -F model Lexus joints just underpowered? I think I saw you guys say they were super heavy too? Did Lexus tone down the "soft" ride on them too?

Thats exactly my point, a lot of people are buying these RC's for the sake of being different, not because its a contender.

The sedans are a different story, but they need to step up their coupes. Offer one in manual even.

It has nothing to do with the name, it has everything to do with the fact that Lexus isn't making it a proper sportscar. If it was only the name then the GT-R wouldn't have been such a commercial success.

It annoys me when people think that BMW M owners are just fanboys that won't own any other car. It's just not true, I've seen M drivers step into a GT-R countless times, even 911 drivers like myself have made that switch.

So no, its not that it's "not a benz or bimmer". it's because you're paying slightly less dollars for a lot less car.

Agreed, I think they've found their niche with models like the GS 350 and IS 250.

But they really need to revitalize their brand. I think it's just not enough to change a chassis but leave the same guts under the hood. I so badly want to see Lexus do great, but it seems like they're actually trying not to.

Why does only a base model utilize forced induction? They are so behind and they need to catch up. I know a handful of people will say that they love the NA motors because yeah NA! But you represent a handful of potential clientele who already own Lexus models.

They need to win over customers like myself who change cars every 2 years and are buying only German. Not the person that buys a preowned car and makes it run for 20 years. I had an IS350 from 2006-2009 and never looked back at Lexus since, because well, if I went back and got an IS350 today it would be barely any different than the car I got 10 years ago.

Back then the IS350 was a force to be reckoned with but everyone else caught up and surpassed while they stayed stagnant.

SoFL is definitely Lexus central, feel like Infiniti and Lexus has a lock on Miami when it comes to their cars being flooded on the street.

I would definitely cop the LC over a 6series but probably not over a s class coupe. But then again, the S550 coupe cost waayyy more

I believe the LC will do extremely well if Lexus price it slightly lower than the 650i. Pricing it over 100k seems a lil crazy to me. Though it looks great and will definitely remind people of the LFA

EDIT: Just watched the video posted, maannn :pimp:
I may sound crazy but I would probably cop the LC over the 550 now. And if it looks as stunning as the videos shows and the presenter describes in person, I could see this selling at 100k

After owning 2 BMW's, and currently in a Lexus, I will say I have been much happier with the Lexus. Currently eyeing that 2016 GS as my next car - drove the base model the other day and was very impressed.

wish all the BMW ******** could see this comment

LC 500 will start at just under $100,000, though the world will know it as a six-figure car
