I tried it for the first time a couple days ago and I like it. I notice some companies put dextrose/maldextrin in it which some people don't like. What is the best brand?

For those who don't know what im talking about:

Stevia is a sweetener and sugar substitute extracted from the leaves of the plant species Stevia rebaudiana.

The active compounds of stevia are steviol glycosides (mainly stevioside and rebaudioside), which have up to 150 times the sweetness of sugar,[4] are heat-stable, pH-stable, and not fermentable. These steviosides have a negligible effect on blood glucose, which makes stevia attractive to people on carbohydrate-controlled diets.

I've tried it and it taste nasty. I only use sugar for my coffee, and I've yet to find a good substitute for it.

Isn't that what Walter used to kill Lydia with in BB? If so, no thank you.

My mom has been using this for years instead of sugar for a lot of things. Honestly don't find it much different from sugar.
It's been quite common for a few years now where I live. Loads of people use it instead of sugar.

That's whats up.

I'm cutting back on my sugar intake. I don't really **** with sodas like that anymore and have started to avoid processed food with hfcs or other added sugars. I've actually gone through withdrawals because of it. That's when I knew I had to fall back. I've been doing it slowly. I drink a lot of tea and every week I've been adding less and less sugar to it.

Just from personal experimentation, when it comes to food, artificial always comes up short in some way.

Just cut down the sugar intake gradually. Perhaps a pack a week. And within a month or so you should be off the sauce

Man I use natural Raw demerara cane sugar. It might be a bigger grain size than regular sugar and take time to dissolve but ain't nothing like it.

From what I gather its similar to turbinado sugar which I use to really like. I cant stand the molasses flavor anymore for some reason.

I tried it and didn't like it. I really only use a couple of teaspoons of sugar in my coffee anyway, so I'm not sweating it too much.

Yeah, sugar is the least of your problems. You have a caffeine addiction.

I drink Zevia...

Trying to ween off Diet Coke.

I used to do 5 splendas in my daily Americano. I'm down to 2, goal is to eliminate it since Splenda is apparently the devil.

I've used the Raw sugar, didn't have the patience to let it dissolve... how long does it take?
