So I had Chipotle for the first time the other day...

Got one across the street and I don't bother going. Joint be bland as hell and expensive. We don't do rice in our burritos in so cal.

chipotle is overpriced

When i need to stuff juicy fat meat down my throat for the low, chipotle is not doing it.

I never respected Chipotle until I tried the Paleo diet for 30 days. Chipotle is the only fast food place that I was able to eat natural and enjoy it.

I believe you're paying for the quality of food you get from chipotle. That organic, farm raised product is more expensive, but it's healthier.

Chiptole is cool for what it is.

Not the best tasting food but better than most other fast food places, and decent for the price.

The price increases have taken away the :smokin factor doe.

Taco Johns when lit > Chipotle
Taco Bell when lit over > Chipotle ( especially the Doritos taco oohhhh)

Beef Patty with cheese and coca bread > Chipotle

I stand behind my statement

Has anyone tried those grilled XXL burritos from Taco Bell?

Honestly, they satisfied me more than Chipotle.

Only people who havent had REAL mexican food love chipotle. Pretty much everyone who doesnt live in socal

Being Hispanic & living in So Cal my entire life, I almost flung that Chipotle burrito across the room when I first tried it :x

Joint stinks when you're accustomed to authentic Mexican food.

Now that I'm eating relatively healthy though, I love their bowls.

Brown rice, pinto beans, chicken, cheese, corn, pico de gallo (mild sauce), fajitas, lettuce & if I'm feeling saucy I tell them go 'head & throw that expensive guac on there too :pimp:

If you were to ask me NT's opinion on Chipotle, prior to me ever officially knowing. I'd tell you a majority of them will say it's trash, mixed with a lot of cats saying its inauthentic.

A lot of you are missing the point. We're comparing Chiptole to Moe's, Qdoba's, Taco Bell, etc. and it dominates.

...yes I'm hurt.

Rice is a staple in burritos. You sir are eating what is called a big burrito style wrapped "soft taco"
Rice is not a staple in burritos my dude, that's something the culture vultures implemented. Come out west to an authentic Mexican spot and ask for rice in your burrito and see what sort of looks you get.
