Try letting go of turbo and then re-applying turbo. I know it sounds funny but it works half the time for me. Let go and re-apply once you break away from the defender and see daylight. If you still run like youre running on sand then EA's momentum is in full swing :lol:

It works, I only do it to players who act like ***** online. EA is patching it up in the upcoming update though. I'll post the patch notes in a minute.
 
Addressed the following in gameplay:
A situation where cancel was unresponsive after requesting a clearance.
A rare situation where the penalty shootout should have ended earlier.
Increased the CPU AI tendency to attack directly.
An issue where players sometimes overrun the ball after a skill move.
Increased the chance of error from ground crosses (triple tap).
Improvements to ball physics where shots off the goal posts lose too much speed.
Goalkeeper positioning for corner kicks.
Improvements made to player switching from corners and free kicks.
An issue where the player would control the ball instead of attempting a clearance.
Improvements to contested headers logic from corner kicks.
General fixes for player controlled celebrations.
Cut scene for contentious fouls can now be skipped.
Improved the general responsiveness of shooting.
Minor improvement to passing responsiveness when the ball is in the air.

In Pro Clubs, we:
Increased experience required for the higher overall ratings in Pro Clubs. *
Addressed an issue where a player's customised facial features did not display properly in game.

In Ultimate Team:
FUT Single Player difficulty no longer defaults to your CPU setting.
Addressed an issue where the player is forced to substitute an injured player in FUT online matches.
Corrected the shooting and crossing text in custom tactics

In Career mode, we:
Addressed a situation where the CPU AI would frequently leave star players on the bench.

Visual changes include:
Added new components of the 2016/17 Premier League broadcast package.
Updated team kits, banners and flags for Velez Sarsfield and Tigre.
The goalkeeper now correctly celebrates after catching the final penalty in a shootout.
Addressed an issue where the selected kit isn't the one used in-game.
Addressed frame-rate issue during pre-match skill game.
Addressed an issue where the fog from a player's breath was detached from their position.
General overlay fixes.

*As a result of the change to Pro Clubs, some of you may find you’re a lower OVR than before the update. This is intentional and you haven’t lost any of your progress.

They need to turn god mode off the AI defenders in the next patch.

Anyone on here qualify yet? Ive missed out both weeks. I barely have enough time to qualify, let a lone play 40 matches a weekend.

Was pretty close this morning losing in the finals to a scrub. He had a lucky rebound goal and parked the bus for 60 mins. Had better opponents in my 2nd and 3rd round matches that could actually string passes and movement. Dude went full AI defending on me and my shots were all deflected or went wide :smh:
 
Finally gonna get my copy on Monday. Was wondering if you guys wanted to do another tourney? The one I did for 16' was okay. I can be in charge again for this one if you guys would like. If so let me know.

The only two things I would like if I do run it this year is as follows.

1) It will be a west vs west and east vs east until the final which will be west vs east.
2) I'm free all day Tuesday so I'd like to start games that day. (Then again that's a rush, so if anything I guess with time to set up and all we can push it to the weekend.)



If you guys are down or have another idea lmk.

Actual teams. There's a lot to iron out. I need at least 8-12 players per coast.

If you guys want in post what coast you're in. I'll give it till Monday to see if we get enough people. If we get enough the the rules and such will be posted.

Btw this is for PS4

Last years tourney was a mix of amateurs and pros. It's a tourney for fun. I suck and I'm the one trying to start this up knowing I'll be out in the first round.

I just finished last night and I'm disappointed. I finished with a cup and league double with arsenal. Wish I could see my stats (goals/assists)

Been playing ultimate team. 2-1 in division 10, only lost cause I got bored/tired and dribbled out with my goalie :lol: . I think im gonna stall out in like division 5 or so lol

I've qualified 3 times for FUT Champs weekend league. Got Gold II both times with 24 wins. The rewards are fun but I want to get to Gold I or whatever 30 wins is. That TOTW pack looks so phenomenal.

Probably won't be able to play much this weekend. Might let my friend play for me. Just hope he wins 12 lol.
