Working at foot locker/kids foot locker?

I recently got hired at kids foot locker & I start in 2 weeks. I'm a 19 yr old college & this is my first official job. I was reading other ppl's post about working there but I still don't know what to expect. But everyone tells me that working retail sucks regardless. How does commission & pay work? I read somewhere that this guy didn't get paid minimum wage since he got commission (he got about $2 less than min wage per he) do you former/current employees have any have any advice?
